È una location usata anche per feste, può essere rumoroso. Ottima colazione servita al bar per le disposizioni covid. Se non muniti di mezzo proprio non è in posizione comoda per la città. Beautiful place with spacious and well furnished rooms. The garden is beautiful where it is possible to have a tea or a coffee offered by the house. It is a location also used for parties, it can be noisy. Great breakfast served at the bar for covid provisions. If you do not have your own vehicle, it is not in a convenient position for the city.

L'assistenza di Andrea è molto buona, piena di entusiasmo e con piccole imperfezioni, ma il ragazzo si farà: molta volontà e voglia sono un buon viatico. La camera buona, il bagno un poco datato, comunque tutto pulito. La colazione si fa a Frascati in un bar convenzionato. Suggerisco un tentativo per organizzare la colazione internamente. Anche molto semplice e frugale, ma suvvia almeno un caffè....una DeLonghi e si fa il cliente felice Io senza caffè non posso guidare...e la strada é molto stretta e sconnessa. Ci tornerei! A good structure, immersed in the green hills between Grottaferrata and Frascati. They are the former stables of Villa Grazioli (magnificent opposite). The climate a delight. Andrea's assistance is very good, full of enthusiasm and with small imperfections, but the boy will do it: a lot of will and desire are a good viaticum. The room was good, the bathroom a little dated, however everything was clean. Breakfast is served in Frascati in a partner bar. I suggest an attempt to organize breakfast internally. Also very simple and frugal, but come on at least a coffee .... a DeLonghi and you make the customer happy I can't drive without coffee ... and the road is very narrow and bumpy. I would stay there again!
