Menù vario con piatti sfiziosi e ben cucinati. Lista vini accettabile come il servizio. Personale gentile. Prezzi nella norma.
 Characteristic local in the center of Frascati.
Varied menu with delicious and well cooked dishes. Wine list acceptable as was the service. Friendly staff. Prices in the norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese, servizio veloce ma nel complesso forse po' caro ( nel menù c'è la pietanza "Salsicce 14€" e la portata ne aveva una sola;
coperto 2€/persona, l'antipasto misto è variegato e con tante piccole portate credevamo ne fosse arrivato uno solo ma dal conto ne risultavano 2 da 30€, primi e dolci gustosi, ottima anche la tagliata.
Location leggermente periferica rispetto al cuore di Frascati, ma rende possibile godere di una piacevole cenetta estiva all'aperto su una vietta molto tranquilla, esperienza rilassante.
Friendly staff, fast service but on the whole perhaps a little expensive (on the menu there is the dish "Sausages 14 €" and the course had only one;
covered € 2 / person, the mixed appetizer is varied and with many small courses we thought only one had arrived but the bill resulted in 2 for € 30, tasty first courses and desserts, excellent also the tagliata.
Location slightly peripheral to the heart of Frascati, but makes it possible to enjoy a pleasant outdoor summer dinner on a very quiet, relaxing experience.

Le strade della capitale nascondono meraviglie dietro ogni angolo, bellezze artistiche millenarie e preziosi profumi.
Colpisce la simpatia del personale, che invitatoci ad accomodare, ci illustra e consiglia piatti pregiati.
Un'interno a tema, colori coordinati, mobilio puro e classico, scaffali con pregiati vini mostrano da subito un ristorante semplice ma che ha "doti" nascoste.
Amatriciana, cacio e pepe, carbonara degni di gusto e semplicità di impiattamento, e un merito peculiare va alla carta dei vini .
Spesa che eguaglia la qualità culinaria servita, e merita una descrizione sola una cosa sorprendente che non si vede tutti i giorni: mentre ci si avvia, in un locale adiacente alla sala (appartenente sempre al ristorante), 7 donne che impastano a mano!
Pochissimi lati negativi, e un titolare affabile molto somigliante al cantante Paradis T., ne fanno di questo ristorante una perla cui merita sicuramente una sosta.
Sympathy and taste!
The streets of the capital hide wonders around every corner, millenary artistic beauties and precious perfumes.
The sympathy of the staff is striking, inviting us to sit, illustrating and recommending fine dishes.
A themed interior, coordinated colors, pure and classic furniture, shelves with fine wines immediately show a simple restaurant that has hidden "qualities".
Amatriciana, cacio e pepe, carbonara worthy of taste and simplicity of dish, and a special merit goes to the wine list.
Expense that equals the culinary quality served, and deserves a description only one surprising thing that is not seen every day: while you are walking, in a room adjacent to the room (always belonging to the restaurant), 7 women kneading by hand!
Very few negative sides, and an affable owner very similar to the singer Paradis T., make this restaurant a pearl which is definitely worth a stop.

It is a family management very friendly to make you live a unique experience, with a guide in English about the ancient and recent history of frascati and the surrounding areas. something really unexpected.
