The main building is very very nice - portraits, piano, frescas, it felt like we were in the 16th century! Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. There was no wi-fi. The first day it barely worked in the lobby (no wi-fi connection inside the room at all), the second day of our stay the wi-fi didn't worked at all. The shuttle bus was late the other day and we had to wait for it under the rain. And it actually is qyuite far from Rome - 30 mins by train and then 10 mins by shuttle bus. If you want to stay in Rome for the night, the hotel is not your choice.

I booked to come away with my wife for our anniversary. After a lot of research I found this hotel which had everything I wanted; a nice restaurant , pool, views, romantic setting. Upon arrival it was clear there was a problem as there was nowhere to leave the car. We tried to check in and we were informed there was a problem with the water in part of the hotel so we would have to stay in another hotel. Despite this there were still guests checking in and there was a big event being held , and a big wedding the next day. I thought this was very strange that there could be this water problem but still have these events in place. To compensate we were offered a continental breakfast . As it was late and we had been travelling all day we had no option but to move to the sister hotel. We drove around and arrived at all I can describe as a glorified travel lodge . There was no bar or restaurants, there was no pool, no views. If we wanted to go anywhere we would have to wait for a minibus to take us . When we checked in here , the receptionist informed us that he was sorry about what had happened and that the other hotel had simply been over booked . I was furious that this had happened and we had been lied to. Nobody cared about the situation we were in and to try and save the weekend I managed to book another hotel at my own expense for the short period we are here. This hotel is completely unreliable and has ruined my time in Rome.

What an incredible building! So much is original and the history of the place is so fascinating. We asked for 2 rooms next door to each other which they provided and the rooms were perfect, very Italian! just what I wanted. The staff are so kind and helpful, we will certainly be staying here again! Without a doubt.

Glorious place and even better views. History is worth taking the time to enjoy being there. It's a huge estate with beautiful frescos and glamorous setting. Do not disturb sign on the door doesn't mean anything. Lots of weddings no matter what day sip be aware you may need to alter

I went to see this place, but I wasn't showed around nor given enough explanation to figure stuff out. The place looked kinda abandoned and a little bit creepy. Also is very isolated. The shuttle bus service seems not to be accurate and able to bring just to frascati station round trip. The guy at the concierge was not that helpful but kind. The place is promising but right now I would not recommend it for vacation. Maybe for events, but not for anything longer than a short stay. UPDATE: I need to revise my review in the light of the kind response I got from the property. As a matter of fact, the owner is right: I did not book a tour nor I considered the hard impact of the CoViD. Therefore, I give 4 stars not only for the great potential of this place, but also for the kind response from the property. A little suggestion, I beg your pardon, still might be in order: you might consider a more articulated shuttle service, e.g. for old or disabled people. They would certainly apprecitate that. Best wishes!

What a wonderful experience my wife and I had at this historical villa. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The evening manager, Cinzia, made the evening meal an unforgettable event with her gracious manor and attention to detail. The food was delicious and service eccezionale. My compliments to the chef and entire evening staff. I have been to many 5 star hotels and restaurants and I definitely rate the Park Hotel Villa Grazioli 5 plus star experiance.

Wonderful location overlooking Rome, with wonderful views. The staff were so kind and helpful, picking us up and dropping us off with the shuttle bus. We felt very looked after. The rooms were light and cool. The artwork and history is fascinating. They also did a Stirling job of hosting my friends wedding, the service and the dinner were outstanding
