Very dirty everywhere, rooms with very old furniture, cracks in the walls, the room window doesn't work, the air conditioning is not working because is damaged, the shower's sink is full of dirt and is not working, the showers doors at broken....you name it ! A total disaster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindboggingly dirty. Damaged Air Comditioning Unit - even though we paid for it. Awful smell. Breakfast is cheap as hell - single slice of bread, some cheese and slice of ham. Personnel seems not to care about anything. Terrible place to stay in. I would give 0 stars, if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is overpriced for what you get, but some of the staff are nice and it is a good location.
The breakfast should be avoided at all costs, it is horrid.
The towels are more like tablecloths than actual towels.
The whole hotel smells and has not been maintained in some time.
Next time I will stay in a hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is very close to the metro, making travel simple. It's also beside a supermarket to make quick grocery shopping. The staff were very respectful and professional. It can get a bit noisy at night depending on your room, but the hotel was very accommodating with this and switched rooms if there were any available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel that exists in Europe! The rooms are diry as a toilet on a construction site, there are about 5 liters of hot water, shower towels are big enough to fit into the palm of your hand. Terrible smell, terrible beds, i do not know if the balconies are cleaned since this thing was built. The staff does not speak English, the check out was until 12, but they told us that they are expecting group in 10, so we have to leave our rooms before 10. How does this even have 3 stars? How does it even have any stars ? And why it exists ?
