B	Barbara Bacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questa suggestiva e magnifica villa dell' 800 per undici giorni, con piscina privata in cui rinfrescarsi nelle ore più calde, con il suo fantastico e ospitale proprietario e sua madre, che ti fanno sentire a casa propria, e i suoi animali una cavalla e un magnifico puledro nato da 15 giorni, cani e gatti, contornata da 60 ettari di campi dove pascolano mucche ragusane, e il suo meraviglioso pino che sta davanti alla villa inchinandosi con il suo ramo per invitarvi ad entrare, grazie Antonio per questo soggiorno magnifico che ci hai fatto vivere, un bacione e un abbraccio da Barbara, Andrea e Nicola da Scandicci (FI) We stayed in this evocative and magnificent 19th century villa for eleven days, with a private swimming pool in which to cool off in the hottest hours, with its fantastic and hospitable owner and his mother, who make you feel at home, and his animals a mare and a magnificent foal born 15 days old, dogs and cats, surrounded by 60 hectares of fields where Ragusa cows graze, and its wonderful pine that stands in front of the villa bowing with its branch to invite you to enter, thanks Antonio for this wonderful stay that you made us live, a big kiss and a hug from Barbara, Andrea and Nicola from Scandicci (FI)

Il padrone di casa, Antonio, é estremamente attento alle necessità degli ospiti. La dimora permette di sognare e fa minimizzare certe soluzioni vintage relative a bagno e cucina. Unique and extraordinary experience. An authentic country house of the Sicilian nobility. The host, Antonio, is extremely attentive to the needs of the guests. The dwelling allows you to dream and minimizes certain vintage solutions relating to the bathroom and kitchen.

P	Penny Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Castliglione sits on a high plateau, surrounded by farmland, and catching every refreshing breeze. The view stretches from the mountains to the north to a hint of blue from the sea on the south horizon, interrupted only by the magnificent Aleppo pine in the garden, taller than the house, and a landmark from which ever direction you approach. Here you can spend your time in visits to the precipitous winding streets of nearby Ragusa, the famous ceramic centre of Caltagirone, the fantastic chateau of Donnafugata, or the start of the Montalbano trail in Punta Secca. Or simply enjoy the peace of the gardens, the extraordinary birdlife, the picturesque towers and worn-stone courtyards, the secluded swimming pool, and imagine yourself in the era of Il Gattopardo in the high-ceilinged, beautifully furnished rooms. The family owners, our hosts, were delightfully friendly, and went to no end of trouble to make our stay comfortable, showing us local points of interest and giving us a tour of the surrounding country. This is a beautiful old house, in which we had a unique holiday in July 2019. p.s. Cats, kittens and a lovely, friendly dog !

The private pool is the ideal place to relax during the hottest part of the day. All rooms have AC. Shopping is nearby, the beach a 20 min drive. A historical place, beautifully restaured with all amenities you need I wholeheartedly recommend!
E	Epi Science on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving on the Strada Provinciale SP 14 alongside beautiful stone walls that have been carefully grafted by skillful workers one discovers a beautiful residence of a noble Sicilian family. Currently the owner of the building offers accommodations to guests. I had no time to inspect the rooms, however next time I travel to this part of Sicily I will certainly have a closer look.
I	Ivar Zukovskis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most amazing place you can stay at in the entire Sicily, period! First of all, I'd like to underline the hospitality of our host Antonio. He has been a great host and attended to all of our needs, helped us out with various request (do ask him about best places to eat in the area, you will not be disappointed), shared vast amounts of historical information with us, and simply has been a great person to have a conversation with and a friend for life. Secondly, the villa itself. It is amazing. You get to live in a huge mansion, in one of the most picturesque places of Ragusa and with the iconic pine tree in the yard. Having breakfasts at sunrise and dinners at sunset felt magical. For the duration of the entire stay we felt as if we are dreaming and that this place is not real. You also get to have a huge pool to chill by during the day if that is what you want to do. Finally, what adds to the experience are the animals living on the territory, it's like a mini zoo. You've got a white horse, dogs, cats, chickens, a duck, a turtle and even a peacock! I would like to repeat myself that this has been a unique experience in one of the most beautiful places near the UNESCO heritage (old city of Ragusa), with one of the best hosts we have ever stayed at. This stay really made our vacation unforgettable.
