Не хватает кондиционера на первом этаже в кухне-столовой, она же гостинная. В каждой спальне есть кондиционер. Есть стабильный wi-fi. Написано, что есть велосипеды в описании, но по факту, они такие древние, что лучше взять напрокат. Дом принадлежит пожилой женщине с сестрой. Она живет послседству стенка в стенку. Но это никак никому не мешало. Нсть небольшой газончик, на котором можно позагарать. К пляжу идти около 700 м с горки вниз. Мы ездили на машине.
We lived in this villa for 20 days. All liked it. Antonio is a pleasant person to talk to.
There is not enough air conditioning on the ground floor in the kitchen-dining room, it is also a living room. Each bedroom has air conditioning. There is a stable wi-fi. It is written that there are bicycles in the description, but in fact, they are so ancient that it is better to rent. The house belongs to an elderly woman with her sister. She lives after the next wall to wall. But this did not bother anyone. There is a small lawn where you can sunbathe. To go to the beach about 700 m down the hill. We went by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Villa itself is exactly as the description states. It is very clean and well equipped. As we had a baby with us, it was good to have spots in the shadow all day long (without hiding in an creepy corner).
WiFi worked pretty good and, like I said before, the kitchen has everything you need.
Don't worry because it is a bit of the beaten track, it is just a nice 10 Minute walk down the road and you will find yourself right on the beach e.g.
As always, Italians seem like they don't want to accept the millions of mosquitos. Missing nets ...like everywhere.
Only tiny bummer: the road is a bit too loud, but it gets more quiet during the nighttime.
Overall a pretty recommendable place!
