An oasis in the heart of Donnalucata An enchanting villa with every comfort, a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by a wonderful park. The welcome, availability and courtesy of the owners complete the wonderful picture that the house offers in the perfection of every corner both inside and outside. An unforgettable holiday that allowed us to get to know a wonderful land like Sicily and a home to return to.

We spent a week in there with 3 other families with children and it was one of the best vacations we have had. There is ample space for everyone with big bedrooms and one private bathroom per bedroom. The backyard is so large we nicknamed it "the compound". You can play bocci or go down the slides. Having dinner outside in the garden while the kids play in the pool is great. Moreover everything is one block away: beach, gelato, supermarket, fruit store, butcher, etc. So it is really convenient. On top of that Melina is very responsive and has a whole team of people to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible. You could not ask for more. I highly, highly recommend La Forma dell'Acqua.

We have been 12 People and hat a lot of Fun! Everything you need you can reach by feet within a few minutes, like the Beach, supermarket, butcher, bank, pharmacy and different Restaurants. Would always come again! Thanks to Melina, Guglielmo and Sandra.

All rooms are double with full bathroom, which allows you independence. Decorated with great taste and style, it transmits the history of Sicily in every detail. Beautiful garden with pool. Melina and Guglielmo transmit love to your land with their excellent recommendations. Ideal families or groups.
M	Matt Graves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious villa set in a large shaded garden with a lovely pool. We had 10 people (adults & teenagers) staying and there was plenty of space. You can see from the photos that the buildings are traditional and very well appointed and the interior is like a home with antique style furniture, many paintings and historic ornaments! The bedrooms and kitchens have air-conditioning and there is absolutely everything you need. The outside eating area is perfect and there is a barbecue, plenty of other outdoor seating options and very nice recliners around the pool. There is secure off street parking for 3 to 4 cars. We found the electricity allowance of 350kw per week not sufficient and paid a small supplement - we had the aircon on only at night and did not use anything excessively. We also missed having electric fans as we have had in other places. Donnalucata is a lovely, lively, small fishing town with a good beach, lots of nice restaurants, bars, shops and market stalls. I would recommend the wine tasting and the in-house chef that can be booked through Melina. In summary I would highly recommend Villa La Froma dell'Acqua for a large group. Thank you to our hosts Melina and Guglielmo who were attentive and very helpful.
I	Islington Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay at La Forma dell’Acqua. The villa is stylish and comfortable, strategically located in the heart of charming Donnalucata village. We loved dining on the jasmine scented terrace and our two children (aged 3 and 6) enjoyed playing in the large pool and having their own private playground. A number of very good shops and restaurants are in walking distance (Consiglio di Sicilia, just round the corner, very much recommended) as well as a lovely sandy beach. The owners were kind and helpful. We’d love to come back! Valentina&Phillip

We were 4 generations - and everybody enjoyed the garden, the pool, easy access to shopping (rigth out side the door) etc. One night we had an Sicilian dinner made for us and served in the garden - it was outstanding. We would not have missed that. Everybody went out of their way to make it the best holiday - and it was. Thank you all so much. Would love to go back.
E	Emily Boyce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous villa in the small seaside town of Donnalucata. Melina and Guglielmo were extremely welcoming, providing a lovely welcome hamper, including local wine and ricotta, and beach toys for our children. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. The garden is exceptional, absolutely vast, with citrus trees and many places to sit in sun or shade. It was ideal for the children in our group (aged 4-7), with a climbing frame and plenty of hiding places. The pool was a little too chilly to swim in in early April but the children enjoyed dipping their toes in. The town offers a good bakery, supermarkets, fruit and veg shops and fish stalls, as well as restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream all within easy walking distance. The sandy beach is also only about 150m away. It was nice not to have to drive everywhere, but we enjoyed short outings to Sampieri, Marina di Ragusa and Scicli, and a longer trip to beautiful Noto. A great house in a lovely part of Sicily.
