★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha un servizio, una pulizia e una cordialità checsono impeccabili. Persone come Angelo e Carmen sono pochissime. Sono cordiali, gentili, educati ma soprattutto ti trattano come se fossi parte della loro famiglia.
Suggerisco a chi si trova da quelle parti di andarli a trovare, lo meritano al 100% e se volete andare sull'Etna quello è il posto giusto per farlo. Grazie di tutto Angelo e Carmen siete davvero delle bellissime persone. ❤
 It has impeccable service, cleanliness and friendliness. People like Angelo and Carmen are very few. They are friendly, kind, polite but most of all they treat you as if you were part of their family.
I suggest to those who are in those parts to visit them, they deserve it 100% and if you want to go to Etna that is the right place to do it. Thanks for everything Angelo and Carmen you are really beautiful people. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siete mai stati coccolati da estranei? Ebbene è così che mi sono sentito.. coccolato. Una villa con giardino con gazebo salottino piscina e piantumazione per bene. Una famiglia accogliente premurosa e che cerca di non essere mai invadente ma la loro "invadenza" è ben accetta e ti fornisce notizie e informazioni utili per la tua permanenza anche notturna. La villa non è pulita.. di più. Il ricambio di lenzuola asciugamani e quant altro è giornaliero. Merita la mia approvazione e spero di poter essere stato loro utile. Il prezzo? Irrisorio
Have you ever been pampered by strangers? Well that's how I felt .. pampered. A villa with garden with gazebo, lounge, swimming pool and good planting. A welcoming, caring family that tries never to be intrusive but their "intrusiveness" is welcome and provides you with useful news and information for your stay, even at night. The villa is not clean .. more. The change of sheets, towels and anything else is daily. It deserves my approval and I hope I could have been useful to them. The price? Irrisorio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional in every way. We stayed in the Bianca room, it's like a 5 star suite. The room is huge with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Carmen and Angelo went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality is unlike anything we have experienced so far on our holiday. We felt like family, grazie mille.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words to describe how beautiful was our stay at Villa Carmen! The house is stunning in style and decoration, like a little museum. The guests, Carmen and Angelo made us feel like at home and like their family! The breakfast was rich and delicious with local produce and friendly for children (even accomodated our gluten intolerant little girl, whitout us expecting this or asking for this)! Simply AMAZING!
