R	Rosario Saglimbene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente accogliente e poco formale. Non affollato ma, piccola nota, impossibile rimanere in piscina dopo le 13 se non rientrando nel pomeriggio. Un peccato. Cozy and not very formal environment. Not crowded but, small note, impossible to stay in the pool after 1 pm if not returning in the afternoon. A shame.

Possibilità di prenotazioni, bella piscina, con obbligo pranzo (anche solo un primo) se si resta tutta la giornata. Animazione. I used the pool as a guest from the outside. Possibility of reservations, nice swimming pool, with lunch (even just a first) if you stay all day. Animation.

Finitions approximatives mais rien de dérangeant (peintures aux murs et plafonds qui part en morceaux). En 4 nuits aucun ménage ni aucune serviette changée. Piscine agréable (bonnet obligatoire). Apartment composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 kitchenette (oven, hob, fridge and sink). Comfortable without more. Rough finishes but nothing disturbing (paintings on the walls and ceilings falling apart). In 4 nights no cleaning or towels changed. Pleasant swimming pool (hat compulsory).

Ospiti soddisfatti, serata riuscita. Consiglio a tutti il menù di pesce, per il gusto , la varietà e la cura nella presentezione. I chose the Rosso Lava restaurant to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. High quality at the right price, intimate and elegant organization and location. Satisfied guests, successful evening. I recommend everyone the fish menu, for the taste, the variety and the care in the present.
A	Alessandro Catalano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra i servizi messi a disposizione della struttura c'è la possibilità di usufruire della piscina, così un sabato di luglio verso le 11:30 io, mia moglie e i miei due bambini ci rechiamo ai rustici per passare una giornata rilassante in piscina; all'ingresso il titolare ci dice che dobbiamo essere muniti di cuffie, e noi essendone sprovvisti stavamo per andare via, quando lui ci blocca e ci dice: "fa niente tanto avete i capelli corti, basta che stiate attenti" (attenti a cosa poi?). Paghiamo la non indifferente somma di € 25,00 per entrare e per due lettini che, tra l'altro, sempre il titolare, mi ha invitato a prendere da me. Verso le 12:45 il titolare ci dice che la piscina sta per chiudere poiché quel giorno il ristorante non era operativo, per tanto dovevamo andarcene, mia moglie gli fa notare che se ce lo avesse detto prima non saremmo nemmeno entrati e lui si arrampica sugli specchi dicendo che lo aveva detto, cosa assolutamente non vera (non avremmo certamente pagato € 25:00 per un ora e mezza, e non c'era neanche un cartello che avvisasse), ma la cosa più grave è stata che non ha cercato nemmeno di recuperare la situazione magari proponendoci di tornare nel pomeriggio o di restituirci una parte dei soldi vista l'incomprensione, ma ci saremmo accontentati anche di semplicissime scuse, cosa che non è avvenuta. As far as I'm concerned, they won't see me anymore and in conclusion it's not enough to have a nice structure to move forward, the ways and the attention given to customers are much more important.
