β β β β β Definite must see in the west side of lake Como. Super wide selection of trees and plants. Bamboo selection is unbelievable and museum is actually remarkable. And visiting in August - it was perfect refuge from heat.
Note that the terrain is mainly for walking, lots of stairs and stone paths so if have little kids - better without a stroller.

β β β β β A memorable visit with stunning & immaculate gardens, and very well-signposted walking routes throughout the property with different options of different lengths. The house itself was impressive, but the gardens and views of the lake are the reason to visit. Would strongly recommend to anyone in the area!

β β β β β Fantastic villa on the shore of Lake Como with stunning views across the lake from both the museum and the garden. This Villa contains superb gardens and an excellent museum of the villa itself. The museum is large with lots of room to move around. It also has lots of different rooms, art, artifacts and antiques to see but my favourite part was walking around the very large garden.
