Posto sicuramente consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dal delirio cittadino, godendo a pochi passi del mare più bello d'Italia (e per me del mondo)... consigliatissimo, così come è utile prenotare in largo anticipo per usufruire della possibilità di soggiorno... Molto comoda la vicinanza alla spiaggia di punta prosciutto. Noi ci siamo trovati bene. All right, comfortable and practical apartment. Large garden and basically quiet place. Owner available. The proximity to the Punta Ham beach is very convenient. We found ourselves well.
M	M Ida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La villa è abbastanza grande ma lascia molto a desiderare. Altro che "classe ed eleganza" come viene sponsorizzata sul sito... I mobili sembrano acquistati al mercatino delle pulci. La strada della villa è sterrata e piena di sterpaglie. In genere quando arrivo in Puglia per trascorrere le vacanze trovo sempre una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo (e questo è il minimo) ma nemmeno il condizionatore acceso che tra l'altro è solo in cucina, pertanto nella camera da letto si muore dal caldo. Niente tappetino in bagno, la doccia non ha la giusta pendenza per cui si allaga. Oltretutto una strana puzza di fogna che entra in casa appena si accende il climatizzatore. Doccia fredda dopo le 19,00 x un problema idraulico noto al proprietario. La casa dista almeno 450 mt dalla spiaggia di Punta Prosciutto (non 150 mt come è indicato sul sito). Nelle vicinanze non ci sono negozi, bisogna arrivare a Torre Colimena o Torre Lapillo. Il proprietario può sembrare inospitale ma non lo è, è proprio una brava persona. The road to the villa is unpaved and full of brushwood. Generally when I arrive in Puglia to spend the holidays I always find a bottle of water in the fridge (and this is the minimum) but not even the air conditioner on which by the way is only in the kitchen, therefore in the bedroom you die from the heat . No mat in the bathroom, the shower doesn't have the right slope so it floods. Moreover, a strange smell of sewage that enters the house as soon as the air conditioning is turned on. Cold shower after 19.00 x a plumbing problem known to the owner. The house is at least 450 meters from the beach of Punta Prosciutto (not 150 meters as indicated on the site). There are no shops nearby, you have to get to Torre Colimena or Torre Lapillo. The owner may seem unwelcoming but he is not, he is a very good person.
R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato presso la casa una settimana, un bilocale con cucina attrezzata, stanza da letto e bagno, e un bel cortiletto suddiviso dagli spazi comuni da una staccionata. Soluzione pratica e funzionale all'interno di un parco nel quale sono situate altre unità abitative della stessa casa vacanze, e all'interno del quale sono disponibili per uso comune un doccino per sciacquarsi al ritorno dal mare e un barbecue. Il gestore è molto disponibile e discreto. Per il piacere dei più piccoli, all'interno del parco è presente anche un piccolo stagno con delle anatre. Posizione ottima, in quanto situata a circa 400 metri dalla meravigliosa spiaggia di Punta Prosciutto. A qualche km di distanza si trovano minimarket e ristoranti. Prezzi onesti, lo consiglio. I stayed at the house for a week, a two-room apartment with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, and a nice courtyard divided by the common areas with a fence. Practical and functional solution in a park in which other housing units of the same holiday home are located, and within which a shower is available for common use to rinse off when returning from the sea and a barbecue. The manager is very helpful and discreet. For the pleasure of the little ones, inside the park there is also a small pond with ducks. Excellent location, as located about 400 meters from the wonderful beach of Punta Prosciutto. A few kilometers away there are mini markets and restaurants. Honest prices, I recommend it.

Topi ovunque che passavano senza pietà come se niente fosse il proprietario menefreghista minimizza che sono topi di campagna non fanno nulla... Oppure insinuava ke fossero gatti che passavano... Ma erano toponii che correvano sul muretto . Cortile sporchissimo. Ha diverse case noi siamo capitati in un buco di casa e ci ha fatto pagare uguale alle case grandi che ha al piano superiore.
