È poco difficile l'accesso al primo piano xche' ha una scala a chiocciola. Renovated building. The apartment is renovated in all its parts. Great view. It is very large with a terrace overlooking the sea. The first floor is beautiful. Access to the first floor is not very difficult because it has a spiral staircase.

Struttura ben fatta e appartamenti spaziosi. Buono lo spazio esterno. Assolutamente consigliato per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta! Great location near the sea and only 10min drive from Punta Prosciutto. Walkable distance to any restaurant or store. well done and spacious apartments structure. Good outside space. M	Massimiliano Alessi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento Torre Colimena da diversi anni ed ho soggiornato in diverse case in paese, questa estate ad Agosto abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nell'appartamento Est al piano terra. L'appartamento ha tre comede camere da letto (con materassi e cuscini in lattice nuovi e comodi), 2 bagni ed una cucina/soggiorno vivibile con lavastoviglie (inusuale per una casa in affitto al mare). E' inoltre presente l'aria condizionata ma solo nella cucina/soggiorno che risulta purtroppo poco efficace per la climatizzazione delle stanze. Il giardino esterno dove poter lasciare le cose del mare (ombrelloni, spiaggine ed altro) è molto comodo e con un bel tavolo rettangolare grande, si paga un po il passaggio di persone che vanno alla lavatrice o alle docce sterne. Vicinissima al centro del paese ed al mare. La stupenda spiggia della Salina di Monaci è ad 1,2 Km a piedi e facilmente raggiungibile. Putrtroppo ci sono pochi armadi dove riporre i vestiti, e la dotazione della cucina è un pò carente in padelle/pentole grandi (tenuto conto che l'appartameno è dato per 6 persone), se siete in tanti portatevi la pentola per la pasta e delle buone padelle. Wifi con connessione altalenante. L'esperienza è stata ottima, ottimi anche l'accoglienza ed il supporto di Mimma e Matteo. Consigliatissima. I have been attending Torre Colimena for several years and I have stayed in several houses in the village, this summer in August we stayed in this property in the East apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has three bedrooms (with new and comfortable latex mattresses and pillows), 2 bathrooms and a livable kitchen / living room with dishwasher (unusual for a rental house by the sea). There is also air conditioning but only in the kitchen / living room which unfortunately is not very effective for the air conditioning of the rooms. The outdoor garden where you can leave the things of the sea (umbrellas, beaches and more) is very comfortable and with a nice large rectangular table, you pay a little for the passage of people who go to the washing machine or to the tern showers. Very close to the town center and the sea. The beautiful beach of Salina di Monaci is 1.2 km away on foot and easily accessible. Unfortunately, there are few wardrobes to store clothes, and the kitchen equipment is a bit lacking in large pans / pots (taking into account that the apartment is suitable for 6 people), if you are many bring the pot for pasta and some good pans. Wifi with fluctuating connection. The experience was excellent, the welcome and support of Mimma and Matteo were also excellent. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane ad agosto presso l'appartamento con tavolo esterno vicino alle doccie esterne. 3 belle camere da letto, 1 cucina / soggiorno grande, 2 bagni. Note positive: materassi e cuscini nuovissimi e di qualità, spazi interni ed esterni ampi e vivibili. Lavatrice (in comune) e lavastoviglie. Wi fi incluso. Vicinissima al mare ma non alle spiagge con sabbia (c'è da camminare un po'). Note meno positive, non molto spazio x riporre i vestiti, padelle della cucina inservibili (tranne una), pentole 2 e piccole (se siete in tanti portatevi la pentola per la pasta e delle buone padelle). Wifi con connessione altalenante. Nel complesso comunque esperienza più che positiva che mi sento di consigliare! Comfortable summer residence. We stayed 2 weeks in August at the apartment with outdoor table near the outdoor showers. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 1 large kitchen / living room, 2 bathrooms. Positive notes: brand new and quality mattresses and pillows, spacious and livable interior and exterior spaces. Washing machine (shared) and dishwasher. Wi fi included. Very close to the sea but not to the sandy beaches (there is a bit of walking). Less positive notes, not much space to store clothes, useless cooking pans (except one), 2 and small pots (if you are many, bring the pot for pasta and good pans). Wifi with fluctuating connection. Overall, however, a more than positive experience that I would recommend!

La zona è perfetta per chi cerca spiagge tranquille e un mare cristallino. La casa è molto pulita ed ha una terrazza panoramica perfetta per godersi il tramonto mentre si gusta un buon aperitivo in compagnia. Gli appartamenti offrono soluzioni per famiglie numerose ma anche per comitive più ristrette, la configurazione della villa permette privacy per ogni utente. Il paese è piccolo ma ha tutto ciò che si può cercare per una vacanza sul mare. Ci sono ottime pescherie, bracerie, bar e ristoranti senza la grande affluenza di mete più turistiche. Super super consigliato, torneremo senza alcun dubbio! Magnificent apartments in a spectacular location, an unexpected welcome with taralli and local wine. The area is perfect for those looking for quiet beaches and crystal clear sea. The house is very clean and has a panoramic terrace perfect for enjoying the sunset while enjoying a good aperitif with friends. The apartments offer solutions for large families but also for smaller groups, the configuration of the villa allows privacy for each user. The town is small but it has everything you can look for for a beach holiday. There are excellent fishmongers, steakhouses, bars and restaurants without the large influx of more tourist destinations. Super super recommended, we will be back without any doubt!
