β β β β β Perfectly good modern hotel set in the rather bleak suburb of Tivoli Terme. It is not close to either Tivoli or to Rome which means that it is only convenient for the spa that it sits next to.
Note that there is a charge to use the spa swimming pools which are not part of the hotel and that they are a cold milky white with a distinctive smell of hydrogen sulphide which is still pretty strong from the balconies of the hotel.

β β β β β Not far away from Rome it's perfectly integrated with the thermal establishment. It's the best way to stay relaxed a few days.

β β β β β I had a pleasent stay at Victoria Terme hotel, staff was absolutely amazing especially in the restaurant.Special mention to Claudio the waiter, restaurant floor supervisor and his restaurant team.Service was really quick in the restaurant. I was half board and the menu had amazing 4course meals .Breakfast was amazing lots of patisseries hot and cold beverages. The prices on the menu are affordable and the food is value for money and worth a try .
At the reception I was checked in by a young lady who was very helpful and nice, unfortunately I can't remember her name .
Room was clean and bed was comfortable!
FYI
Shops, restaurants,ATM,cafes, bars, train station and bus station is right in front of the hotel.Local taxis are expensive but you can get a hotel taxi prices are reasonable.
I will definitely come back,I hope guests will have free entry to the pool area!!!!

β β β β β Room was very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was wonderful, folding some clothes that I'd set out to wear again, as well as fully restocking everything within the room. The Jacuzzi bath was a little outdated and showed signs of age with discoloration around the jets, so I elected to not use. I had a suite and the air conditioning was not active when I arrived so the room was quite stuffy. The front desk activated the system, but the unit in the entry/sitting area didn't come on. Maintenance verified it was on, but it didn't really work the entire stay. Fortunately the unit in the bedroom portion kept the sleeping area nice and cold. The food was disappointing when I received the bill. It tasted good but not great, and excessively expensive for the quality. When a delicious pizza in the local area costs β¬10, but meat, pasta and wine cost β¬42 in the hotel, I'd have expected significantly better food.

β β β β β We found a package deal on their website which included the room, access to the spa area, dinner, bottle of sparkling wine and some snacks from the cheff.
It cost us EUR 140 per person and it seemed like a great deal for but we left quite dissapointed.
The package we booked was supposed to be romantic, but it was anything, but romantic.
It's not a place for young couples. The hotel and spa is packed with elderly people.
The environment and design of the place seems super outdated and its just not cozy around there.
When we arrived we realized that the outside pools (part of the reason we chose the place) were closed for the season and it was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the package.
The spa area was clean, but also a bit worn down and the interior looked more like a treatment center or hospital pool rather than a holiday spa. At some point it got so busy that there was not a single pool to sit in and feel comfortable.
The dinner was sad as well. Served in a large canteen-like space with bright lights, no music and understaffed service. It was definitely not cooked fresh but warmed up. Both pasta and the steak arrived slightly warm, no-where near to hot. Salt and pepper served out from paper sachets like in MC Donalds. It was as far from romantic as I can even imagine.
Before our arrival we requested to swap the sparkling wine for white wine. That request was not taken into consideration and we also never got any snacks from the cheff, which was supposed to be a part of the package.
On top of that - the town around is super dirty and dodgy, so there's nowhere nice to go after dinner if you wanted to be among a bit younger crowd.
I don't know... I've stayed at 5star hotels and this being 4 stars simply shocks me because there was nothing fancy or very nice about it.
The facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Slippers and Bathrobe is provided by the hotel. It's probably a bit nicer when the outside pools are open.
But overall I definitely don't recommend and don't intend to go back.
