★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The air-conditioning has been broken for 3 days. I was informed every day that it would be fixed that day. It did not happen. The pool closes every day at seven o'clock. Lots of daylight available. Should stay open another hour at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has the basic necessities needed to be a hotel. The breakfast and dinner is new and exotic. But when I left my shorts to dry for the day.....they suddenly disappeared when I got back to my hotel. If you catch my drift. Secure your items if attending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old hotel,none of maintainace, tobacco smell, very poor breakfast. The thin young lady almost shout me when I ask her to give me back our passports. The room was quite small and we can listen everything from the hall or the other rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our tour group was booked here June 3, 4, 2019. Online pictures made it look nice. Never again. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke, showers were nasty and overflowed, toilets would gurgle often, uncomfortable beds, pillows were stained, sheets and pillow cases were worn and torn. No remote for tv. No clock. Hair dryer outdated. Breakfast was not edible. Pool was closed and it was 85' out. Staff refused to turn on AC saying it was a law the air not be turned on until 6-15. Heard loud motorcycles and people talking outside all night. Seemed to be in a bad area of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The air worked is most of the rooms but they were all clean. The shower stall is not sized for anyone outside of a medium sized human so practice yoga so you can be flexible enough to use it. The staff were friendly and accommodating where they could be. If you can't stay in the city center, this place will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thid is one of the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff it's so impolite they are shouting at customers and don't know what respect is and they basically habe nothing service wise. No laundry, no ironing table or iron no nothing the rooms are old and dirty you can find mold in the bathroom and very dirty joints between the tiles. You can hear very easily from one room to another so you have no privacy, the chair from the desk looks disgusting with old stains. It was a very bad experience one star its a bit to much for this hotel (and they have 4?). So my advice for you would be to avoid staying here if possible
