very bad experience, they do underwear thesis and do not sanitize, and do not even inform the customers, I had taken a pair of panties for New Year's Eve, and I forgot to wash them, and because of this undeclared return I got a not insignificant infection, and the staff refuses to do anything to apologize, I don't think I'll be back
