★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store like all others from H&M but customer service should be a bit better towards other languages spoken, people might not be fluent in Italian but are not Dumb, the fact they speak another language is a proof of such. A little bit less attitude and more respect would go a long way. But nice store of course.
