★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima dovevano aprire alle 10 hanno aperto 5 minuti dopo e persino stufate di aver il primo cliente mi hanno liquidato in 1 minuto ho aspettato inutilmente .... domani pisana vado a Livorno a comprarle grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco presente e al quanto arrogante soprattutto lo store manager a differenza della sede di pontedera in cui ci siamo stati più volte.
Abbiamo acquistato un paio di scarpe da donna , lo store manger non ha neanche controllato se le scarpe fossero in buone condizioni ,ce le ha messe nella busta e fatto pagare ; infatti una volta usciti le abbiamo controllate ed erano sporche.
Staff not very present and arrogant above all the store manager unlike the Pontedera office where we have been several times.
We bought a pair of women's shoes, the store manger didn't even check if the shoes were in good condition, put them in the bag and charged us; in fact once we went out we checked them and they were dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrati nel negozio di domenica mattina alle 11:40 circa con strade deserte e negozianti in lacrime il commesso esordisce con “se dovete fare un reso o un cambio tornate tra un ora che ora non vi posso seguire”. Molto bene, avrei acquistato un paio di scarpe che costano il doppio del reso e pure una felpa. Vado direttamente da Foot Looker che si trova a pochi metri e risolvo in fretta. Fenomeno!!!
As soon as you enter the shop on Sunday morning at about 11:40 with deserted streets and shopkeepers in tears, the clerk begins with "if you have to make a return or an exchange, come back in an hour when I can't follow you now". Very well, I would have bought a pair of shoes that cost double the return and a sweatshirt as well. I go directly to Foot Looker which is a few meters away and resolve quickly. Phenomenon!!!

Aug 2, 2021 at 5pm. Rude staff. I paid a higher price than the label said and told the cashier but she screamed at me in sarcasm. I put a star because you can't get less. ??????
