A chi si lamenta della scarsa empatia del proprietario...beh, io ho trovato una persona gentile, non particolarmente espansiva, ma come dire... a me interessano la serietà nel lavoro e la chiarezza nella comunicazione anche di eventuali problemi. Di meccanici, e non solo, che fanno gli amiconi e poi ti maciullano con la fattura, ne ho abbastanza. Excellent workshop, kind and helpful, the work, not easy nor fast for spare parts not so easy to come by in my car, I was satisfied, the price I thought it was extremely convenient. To those who complain of the lack of empathy of the owner ... well, I've found a nice person, not particularly expansive, but you know ... I'm interested in the seriousness in work and clarity of communication including any problems. Of mechanics, and not only those who make friends and then grind you with the bill, I have enough.

Un recupero con carro attrezzi a 15 minuti dall'officina(50€) più un sensore di giri Fiat Multipla(20€ da qualsiasi ricambista) più manodopera165€. Troppo alti i prezzi fortemente sconsigliato. Metto due stelle solo per la rapidità del servizio. Quick, in recovering cars and arranging them, it is good for those who do not mind expenses, absolutely impossible prices. A recovery with a tow truck 15 minutes from the workshop (€ 50) plus a Fiat Multipla rpm sensor (€ 20 from any spare parts dealer) plus labor € 165. Too high prices strongly discouraged. I put two stars only for the speed of the service.

Ce cosi tata concorrenza, e abbastanza scelta in alternativa. There is no consistency between agreements and implementation. There is no consistency between the agreed cost and the sum requested at the end of the work. There is so much competition, and enough choice as an alternative.

Si percepisce focalizzazione sulla quantità, fretta, e non qualità. Se chiedi qualcosa in più i toni diventano pure arroganti. Mai più, io non mi fido di questi signori, esperienza da non ripetere e da non consigliare. Ho fissato l’appuntamento per il la sostituzione ed oggi, puntualissimi, hanno eseguito il lavoro con molta professionalità. Il Personale è molto gentile ed educato inoltre sono molto onesti per quanto riguarda i prezzi. Ottima esperienza che consiglio a tutti. I went today to replace the tires on my BMW M5. I bought the tires online from Special Gomme and I sent them directly to the workshop. I set an appointment for the replacement and today, on time, they performed the job with great professionalism. The staff is very nice and polite plus they are very honest about the prices. Great experience that I recommend to everyone.
