★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro una Kadjar, fin da subito si sono resi disponibili e gentili, anche nei successivi tagliandi sono stati precisi nel farmi sapere che tipo di intervento doveva essere eseguito, i relativi costi e le tempistiche, oltre a darmi un'auto sostitutiva gratuita.
Sicuramente una grande professionalità per cui consiglio di rivolgersi a loro per un acquisto e per la parte di officina.
 I bought a Kadjar from them, they immediately made themselves available and kind, even in the subsequent coupons they were precise in letting me know what type of intervention had to be performed, the related costs and timing, as well as giving me a free replacement car .
Surely a great professionalism so I recommend contacting them for a purchase and for the workshop part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É praticamente impossible parlare al telefono con un operatore. Ho provato tempo fa per il cambio gomme e mi ci sono voluti 3 giorni per prendere la linea. E anche in questo caso, ho un problema all'automobile, non riesco a mettermi in contatto con nessuno da 2 giorni. Disservizio molto fastidioso, peccato perché il personale é poi cordiale.
It is practically impossible to talk to an operator on the phone. I tried some time ago for the tire change and it took me 3 days to get on the line. And again, I have a car problem, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone for 2 days. Very annoying service, too bad because the staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrare per dare un occhiata a quali erano le promozioni sulla nuova jogger o la dacia 2022, è uscire dopo 10 minuti, con l'intenzione di non metterci mai più piede è stato un tutt'uno... Essere trattati da pezzenti, con risposte supponenti e monisillabiche, non ultimo una risposta alla richiesta se c'erano in preventivo degli incentivi a breve termine, la risposta è stata : "lo stato ora ha altri problemi"... Aah.. Ok.. Abbiamo trovato l'esperto in politica estera e bonus fiscali... Ci sono dei venditori a volte che dovrebbero essere testati dall'azienda mensilmente, per valutare ancora se sono adatti a fare il lavoro che fanno... Mai più!

Non ho avuto modo di visitare personalmente la concessionaria perchè vivo in Sardegna, l'ho acquistata online e ieri l'ho ritirata e sono rimasta entusiasta: l'auto è fantastica, come dalle foto presenti nel sito e anche più di quello che mi aspettavo! Il sig. Cristian che si è occupato della vendita è stato professionale e gentile. Per la prima volta ho acquistato un auto usata senza vederla dal vivo e sono pienamente soddisfatta; oltretutto il sig. Cristian si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi necessità anche dopo l'acquisto. La concessionaria AUTOBASE mi ha fornito tutto lo storico del veicolo certificando i km sul contratto. Affidabili, seri e precisi. Grazie di tutto!
I bought a Renault Scenic this past January. I did not have the opportunity to personally visit the dealership because I live in Sardinia, I bought it online and yesterday I picked it up and I was thrilled: the car is fantastic, as shown in the photos on the site and even more than I expected ! Mr. Cristian who handled the sale was professional and kind. For the first time I bought a used car without seeing it live and I am fully satisfied; moreover Mr. Cristian made himself available for any need even after the purchase.
