★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei fare un ringraziamento speciali ai ragazzi di Albi.Car. per la loro professionalità,disponibilità e cordialità. i fatti risalgono ancora all'11 agosto. bloccato in autostrada(stavo andando in ferie con la famiglia) chiamo Nicola che subito mi da disponibilità di venirmi a prendere con un carro-attrezzi fuori dal casello di Monselice. arrivato subito mi porta il veicolo in carrozzeria e i ragazzi in tempo 0 (zero) mi mostrano il problema e successivamente mi sistemano il tutto. grazie ragazzi e ferie salvate. grazie veramente.
 I would like to make a special thanks to the guys from Albi.Car. for their professionalism, availability and friendliness. the facts still date back to 11 August. stuck on the highway (I was going on vacation with my family) I call Nicola who immediately gives me the availability to pick me up with a tow truck outside the Monselice toll booth. arrived immediately takes me the vehicle to the body shop and the guys in time 0 (zero) show me the problem and then they fix everything for me. thanks guys and vacation saved. thank you so much.

Consiglio di rivolgervi a loro rispetto a concessionarie molto più grosse ma dove non ho trovato quel rapporto umano che ho trovato in questa realtà
Top followed in an impeccable way both during the sale and after the sale. My reference was Dario, a very qualified and helpful person. I recommend to turn to them compared to much larger dealerships but where I have not found that human relationship that I found in this reality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato l'auto che mi ha lasciato a piedi perché in un primo momento non si avviava, poi partiva con molta difficoltà.
Avevano tanto da fare e l'hanno tenuta ferma per cinque gioni (con una domenica in mezzo) e l'hanno degnata di uno sguardo rifiutandosi poi di metterci le mani.
In un'altra officina 1 minuto test batteria e avviamento, 10 minuti per il cambio batteria e la macchina è a posto.
Pessima esperienza.
Brought the car that left me on foot because at first it did not start, then it left with great difficulty.
They had so much to do and they held it down for five days (with a Sunday in between) and gave it a look and then refused to get their hands on it.
In another workshop 1 minute battery test and start-up, 10 minutes for battery change and the car is fine.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con l'acquisto dell'auto nel 2019 mi son trovato molto bene, il rivenditore è stato molto corretto e disponibile.
NON posso dire altrettanto dell'OFFICINA ivi presente. All'ultimo tagliando, come al penultimo, mi hanno addebitato il liquido per la vaschetta dell'acqua del tergicristallo quando l'avevo stra-riempita prima di portare l'auto. Alla mia rimostranza il tecnico mi rispondeva che probabilmente l'avevano svuotata o poi riempita, FALSA affermazione perchè il vetro anteriore rimaneva sporco come prima. Successivamente il tecnico si giustificava affermando di aver già fatto uno sconto in fattura, quale sconto non lo so, non fidandomi più del suo dire. Rimane il fatto che per l'importo di 1,20 euro, ovvero il costo di un caffè, è venuta meno la fiducia. Mi assumo la piena responsabilità di ciò che scrivo. Luca

With the purchase of the car in 2019 I was very happy, the dealer was very correct and helpful.
I cannot say the same of the WORKSHOP therein. On the last service, as on the penultimate one, they charged me for the liquid for the wiper water tank when I had over-filled it before taking the car. To my complaint, the technician replied that they had probably emptied it or then filled it, a FALSE statement because the front glass remained dirty as before. Subsequently the technician justified himself by stating that he had already made a discount on the invoice, which discount I do not know, no longer trusting his say. The fact remains that for the amount of 1.20 euros, or the cost of a coffee, trust has been lost. I take full responsibility for what I write. Luca
