a	antonio Turkovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel Marzo del 2016 la ditta che ho incaricato di ristrutturare la villa di mia proprieta' incaricava questo rivenditore per istallazione ecomonoblocco 64 a legna della Palazzetti. Questo prodotto sino ad ora si e' dimostrato non al altezza delle aspettative comparato con il precedente gruppo della edilcamin ben piu economico ed essendo un inserto in un precedente camino anche con limitate caratteristiche tecniche. Ad oggi varie richieste di spiegazioni non si sono minimamente dimostrate chiarirtici . Mi rivolgero direttamente ai costruttori ma onestamente ho cancellato i prodotti Palazzetti causa totale delusione In March 2016 the company that I commissioned to renovate the villa I owned commissioned this dealer to install the Palazzetti wood-burning ecomonoblocco 64. Up to now this product has proved not up to expectations compared with the previous group of edilcamin much cheaper and being an insert in a previous fireplace even with limited technical characteristics. To date, various requests for explanations have not in any way proved to be clear to us. I will go directly to the manufacturers but honestly I canceled the Palazzetti products due to total disappointment

Al momento dell'acquisto della stufa a pellet si erano spacciati per super tecnici che sarebbero venuti a fare la prima accensione con taratura per tiraggio fumi e quant'altro; in realtà sono banali venditori, a mio avviso incompetenti, che hanno voluto 50 euro per venire a premere il pulsante di accensione nel display!!! non hanno fatto assolutamente altro. Tra l'altro la stufa era difettata e i tecnici dell'assistenza se ne sono accorti a primo occhio mentre loro no e addirittura mi hanno detto fosse normale che non si accendesse sempre (non si è accesa nemmeno al primo colpo quando sono venuti loro a fare l'accensione). Pessimi anche nel seguire il cliente. Sconsiglio a chiunque. Bad experience. At the time of the purchase of the pellet stove they had passed themselves off as super technicians who would come for the first ignition with calibration for flue draft and so on; in reality they are banal sellers, in my opinion incompetent, who wanted 50 euros to come and press the power button on the display !!! they did absolutely nothing else. Among other things, the stove was defective and the service technicians noticed it at first glance while they didn't and even told me it was normal that it did not always turn on (it didn't turn on even at the first shot when they came to do it the ignition). Also bad in following the customer. I do not recommend to anyone.

Dopo l'intervento di un altro tecnico di un altra ditta (spesa 100 euro) , la mia stufa funziona benissimo!!! .... I asked for assistance with my pellet stove. Per ben 10 anni non ho mai avuto la necessità di far intervenire i fratelli Cinetto se non solo per la pulizia annuale di manutenzione. Negli ultimi 2 anni (l'età si fa sentire) inizia a fare un po' di capricci... ho dovuto sostituire qualche pezzo usurato dal continuo utilizzo della stufa. I fratelli Cinetto si sono sempre dimostrati : TEMPESTIVI - EFFICIENTI - EDUCATI e hanno sempre risolto il problema. Visto che utilizzo solo la suddetta stufa per riscaldare la casa per me è importante l'affidabilità, perciò quando sarà il momento di sostituirla non avrò dubbi e tornerò da loro. I bought a Palazzetti Lara almost 13 years ago. For 10 years I have never had the need to have the Cinetto brothers intervene except for the annual maintenance cleaning. In the last 2 years (age makes itself felt) it starts to throw a little tantrum ... I had to replace some pieces worn by the continuous use of the stove. The Cinetto brothers have always proved to be: TIMELY - EFFICIENT - EDUCATED and have always solved the problem. Since I only use the aforementioned stove to heat the house, reliability is important to me, so when the time comes to replace it I will have no doubts and will come back to them.

Paolo e Graziano sono sempre stati competenti e gentilissimi. La settimana scorsa x lavori ho dovuto spostare la stufa. Quando ho avuto bisogno di rimetterla in funzione ho chiamato Paolo e Graziano nel giro di poco è passato e mi ha risolto il problema. Sono più che soddisfatta. Paolo e Graziano vendono sicuramente ottime stufe, ma la differenza nel servizio clienti la fanno loro! Li consiglio a tutti! I bought a ravelli stove. After 4 years I am really satisfied with the choice but above all with the after sales service. Paolo and Graziano have always been competent and very kind. Last week for work I had to move the stove. When I needed to put it back into operation I called Paolo and Graziano soon passed and solved the problem. I am more than satisfied. Paolo and Graziano certainly sell excellent stoves, but they make the difference in customer service! I recommend them to everyone!

Nel 2016 ho richiesto il preventivo di una nuova stufa (Idro, che riscalda l'acqua) ma, nonostante più solleciti, LO STO ANCORA ASPETTANDO! Naturalmente l'ho acquistata da un'altra parte, ovvio! Non so i miei soldi a chi non li vuole In 2015 they recommended and sold me a stove (ducted pellet) not able to heat my home (recycling my old flue which I later discovered to be illegal). In 2016 I requested a quote for a new stove (Idro, which heats the water) but, despite more requests, I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT! Of course I bought it elsewhere, of course! I don't know my money to anyone who doesn't want it

Oltre ad avermi consigliato una stufa eccezionale, hanno saputo in breve tempo organizzare i lavori per la canna fumaria con una squadra di primo ordine. Puntualità, precisione, professionalità e grande disponibilità. Nota particolare per il giovane figlio Alessandro....un ragazzo educato e promettente che con grande pazienza mi ha spiegato perfettamente l'uso della stufa sia manuale che tramite l'App. Posso solo consigliare!!!!!!
