★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatto questa azienda, suggeritami da un amico in quanto dice molto professionali. Chiamo e nel giro di una settimana esce per il sopralluogo il Signor Maggioni. Lavori da eseguire: ristrutturazione canna fumaria, demolizione vecchio comignolo e sostituzione inserto camino vecchio con uno nuovo.
Sembrava tutto apparentemente perfetto. Attendo il preventivo, passate 2 settimane non ricevendo nessuna risposta decido di chiamare. Chiamo e parlo direttamente con lui, dicendomi che ancora non ha contattato la ditta per quanto rigurda il lavoro del comignolo, che è in una posizione un po scomoda e tutta un altra serie di scuse che non vi sto qua ad elencare. Mi dice che fra una settimana mi fara’ avere il preventivo. Passata un altra settimana, tutto tace... decido di richiamare e gli comunico che se il problema è il comignolo da demolire, ho trovato la soluzione poiché ci penserò io e lui dovrà solo eseguire l’installazione della canna fumaria e inserto camino. Mi dice va bene allora ti faccio soltanto il preventivo riguardante queste cose escluso la demolizione del comignolo. Oggi è il 22.4.2021 e non ho ricevuto nulla nonostante siano passati piu’ di 2 mesi ormai. Il lavoro è stato affidato ad un’ altra ditta più seria e competente che non si è permessa di prendermi in giro e farmi perdere tempo come fatto da loro. Dicono che c’è la crisi ma dov’è questa crisi?? Poco professionali e perdita soltanto di tempo. Potevano dirlo benissimo subito se non volevano eseguire il lavoro.
Contact this company, suggested by a friend as it says very professional. I call and within a week Mr. Maggioni comes out for the inspection. Work to be carried out: flue renovation, demolition of the old chimney pot and replacement of the old fireplace insert with a new one.
It all seemed perfect. I await the quote, after 2 weeks, receiving no response, I decide to call. I call and speak directly with him, telling me that he has not yet contacted the company regarding the work of the chimney, which is in a somewhat uncomfortable position and a whole other series of excuses that I am not here to list. He tells me that in a week he will send me the quote. After another week, everything is silent ... I decide to call back and tell him that if the problem is the chimney to be demolished, I have found the solution because I'll take care of it and he'll just have to install the flue and fireplace insert. He says it's okay then I'll just give you a quote regarding these things, excluding the demolition of the chimney. Today is 22.4.2021 and I have not received anything even though more than 2 months have passed by now. The work was entrusted to another more serious and competent company that did not allow itself to make fun of me and waste my time as they did. They say there is a crisis but where is this crisis? Unprofessional and only waste of time. They could say it right away if they didn't want to get the job done.
