L'appartamento era già stato prenotato da altre persone e due giorni prima ho dovuto cercare un appartamento alternativo. Assolutamente non consigliato!! Metto una stella perché meno non posso! Non fatevi raggirare!! I booked through booking, two days before departure I call for check in .. Rude and sometimes rude person, screaming on the phone for no reason. A	Alessandra Occhionero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato questo appartamento a fine ottobre tramite booking pagando anche anticipatamente, pochi giorni prima del soggiorno ho chiamato la struttura per confermare l'orario del check-in e al telefono mi è stato detto che l'appartamento in quel periodo era già stato dato a qualcun altro nonostante io avessi già versato 280 euro. Indipendentemente dal fatto che la colpa appartenesse al proprietario o a booking, l'operatore che mi ha risposto al telefono è stato molto scortese, non mi ha fatta neanche parlare e mi ha invitata più volte a non prenotare mai più tramite booking (sito che considero affidabilissimo e che non mi ha mai dato problemi tranne che in questo caso). Esperienza pessima.
