Provate i broccoletti affogati al vino!!!! Lui è davvero gentile ed attento. Consigliato. At the entrance I was really hesitant but as I tasted the broccoli and the red wine I changed my mind. Really great food, genuine and with local products. Try the broccoli poached in wine !!!! He is really kind and attentive. Recommended.

Gestito con passione e schiettezza, conoscono la storia di ogni singolo ingrediente dei loro piatti Antipasto dei loro salumi, fave e trippa Lasagne al tartufo e classiche, fettuccine carciofi pecorino guanciale e tartufo...E poi sua maestà lo Stinco, abbacchio e tutto quello che una fantastica brace può cuocere. d	diego CalKux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di ritorno dalla visita alla Riserva Naturale Regionale Monterano non potevamo non fermarci e provare questa cucina così locale, la carne per la maggior parte è a km zero e di loro produzione, oltre ad essere ristoratore detengono anche una norcineria rinomata che porta in tavola i migliori salumi e carne tenera come il burro. Iniziato con un tagliere di salumi sublime, seguito da tagliatelle ai porcini e pagliata impeccabile. Per secondo abbiano mangiato un agnello per cui non ho dovuto sporcare il coltello, mentre le salsicce di loro produzione emanavano un profumo che difficilmente si riesce a sentire. Corredato il tutto con cicoria e patate al forno, per finire non mancavano dolci di loro produzione e non ai quali non abbiamo resistito. Personale squisito, ci hanno fatto scegliere in quale delle due sale pranzare nonostante l’ora non fosse più consona a quella di pranzo, credo capiti spesso vista la presenza dei turisti che si aggirano nella zona per visitare le rovine del parco della Riserva Naturale Ah dimenticavo i loro peperoncino essiccati, quelli sono buonissimi.
