★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Giacomo si mangia BENISSIMO...Mia moglie, la spigola ,cucinata divinamente, poi patate stufate, semplicemente buonissime... io ho preso trippa alla romana... mai mangiato una trippa così buona e poi broccoli stufati direi eccellenti.... torneremo senz'altro....CONSIGLIATISSIMO?
Giacomo eats VERY WELL ... My wife, sea bass, divinely cooked, then stewed potatoes, simply delicious ... I had Roman tripe ... never had such a good tripe and then I would say excellent stewed broccoli ... we will definitely return .... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante di ottima qualità tutto guarnito da accoglienza e simpatia di Giacomo ....il titolare e i suoi collaboratori. Buonissimi piatti di pesce tutto fresco, da tornarci e provare la cucina romanesca.

Excellent quality restaurant all garnished by Giacomo's warmth and friendliness .... the owner and his collaborators. Delicious fresh fish dishes, to go back and try the Roman cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale carino il proprietario persona simpatica ho mangiato la gricia ottima, e anche gli antipasti, molto invitanti i piatti di pesce locale consigliato .
Riguardo le norme igieniche il locale sembra avere qualcosa da rivedere comunque ci si affida al proprietario che non sembra disinteressarsi al suo locale.
Nice place the owner nice person I ate the excellent gricia, and also the appetizers, very tempting the recommended local fish dishes.
Regarding the hygiene rules, the place seems to have something to review, however we rely on the owner who does not seem to be disinterested in his place.

Giacomo is number one! A place for those who know what it means to cook and eat with passion, hear stories and smile. Try the sautéed mussels because it is sensational (which is difficult for such a common dish)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto davvero speciale! Per fortuna vivo all'estero altrimenti verrei qui tutti I giorni. Io e la mia fidanzata eravamo a Canale Monterano per un weekend di vacanza alle terme. Siamo passati al Canaletto la prima sera, ma ci e' piaciuto cosi' tanto che siamo poi tornati subito il giorno dopo. Menu' di cucina romana tradizionale sia di terra che di mare. Da consigliare senza dubbio il saute' di cozze come antipasto, la pasta e il pesce fresco. Notevole anche la panna cotta (la migliore che io abbia mai avuto) e il vino bianco della casa, il che era molto gradevole ad un prezzo assolutamente onesto. Grazie Giacomo, torneremo appena ne avremo l'opportunita'!
A very special place! Luckily I live abroad otherwise I would come here every day. My girlfriend and I were in Canale Monterano for a holiday weekend at the spa. We went to the Canaletto on the first night, but we liked it so much that we returned immediately the next day. Traditional Roman cuisine menu of both land and sea. Undoubtedly we recommend the saute 'of mussels as an appetizer, pasta and fresh fish. Also noteworthy was the panna cotta (the best I've ever had) and the house white wine, which was very nice at an absolutely fair price. Thanks Giacomo, we will be back as soon as we have the opportunity!

The owner is very friendly and Kind person, despite his age he takes care of the restaurant all by himself from the cleaning, to serving, to cooking and preparing the meals, to shopping for the Ingredients all is done with a big passion...
