m	marco sal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una catena d'oro bianco da separare da un ciondolo e, accettato preventivo che mi hanno fatto, dopo ben 3 settimane vado per ritirare catena e mi dicono che non hanno ancora fatto il lavoro cosi che ho ripreso catena sono andato in altra gioielleria e in tempo reale e gratuitamente hanno fatto il lavoro. Incompetenza incredibile e sopratutto non rispetto del tempo altrui I gave a chain of white gold to be separated from a pendant and, having accepted a quote they made me, after 3 weeks I went to collect the chain and they told me that they have not yet done the job so that I have taken over the chain I went to another jewelry store and in real time and for free they did the job. Incredible incompetence and above all not respect for the time of others

a	antonio marzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato con mia Mamma per fare sostituire la batteria di un orologio a lancette CASIO (premetto che avevo tentato IO di sostituirla con una batteria acquistata in un negozio di cinesi ma non ha funzionato) l'incaricata alla vendita gentilmente ha tolto la cinesata poi ha messo la sua batteria dal costo di 7€ ma l'orologio non ha funzionato e allora ha incominciato a dire: " eh ma la batteria cinesata era scarica poi ho messo la mia e non funziona lo stesso non vorrei che " l'orologio è andato in corto circuito tirando via il coperchio e ha scaricato anche la mia e quindi l'orologio non funziona più" e ci ha consigliato di buttarlo e comprarne un'altro da 32€ o 39€ allorché non abbiamo seguito il consiglio e siamo usciti ci siamo recati da un'altro gioielliere che ha messo la nuova batteria al costo di 3€ in più ha anche lubrificato l'orologio e adesso funziona benissimo, un orologio che secondo l'incaricata venditrice della prima gioielleria avremmo dovuto buttare!!! I went with my mum to have the battery of a CASIO hand watch replaced (I state that I had tried to replace it with a battery bought in a Chinese shop but it didn't work) the person in charge of the sale kindly removed the chinette then put his battery which cost 7 € but the clock didn't work and then he started saying: "eh but the chinese battery was flat then I put mine and it doesn't work anyway I don't want" the clock is gone short-circuited by pulling off the cover and he dumped mine too and then the clock no longer works "and he advised us to throw it away and buy another one for € 32 or € 39 when we did not follow the advice and we went out there go to another jeweler who has put the new battery at a cost of € 3 more has also lubricated the watch and now it works very well, a watch that according to the sales representative of the first jewelry store we should have thrown away !!!
