È da ottobre che trattengono un anello comprato da loro, il quale è stato restituito perché danneggiato in pochissimo tempo, nonostante la blasonata qualità che la venditrice ha millantato.
Nonostante i solleciti, di persona e al telefono, i proprietari non sanno dove sia l'anello né a che punto sia. Il tutto corredato da risposte sgarbate senza ragione. Grazie 3 G d'oro per questa orribile esperienza.
