★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatrice poco attenta alle mie richieste e quasi disturbata .VOLANTINO ESPOSTO IN VETRINA CON PERIODO GIÀ SCADUTO.Peccato PERCHÉ 3 anni fa ero stata molto contenta e grazie alla Signora ALESSIA che non ho trovato in agenzia questa volta avevo avuto molta assistenza e fatto un bel viaggio!
 Operator not very attentive to my requests and almost disturbed. VOLANTINE EXHIBITED IN THE SHOWCASE WITH THE PERIOD ALREADY EXPIRED. Pity WHY 3 years ago I was very happy and thanks to Mrs. ALESSIA that I didn't find in the agency this time I had a lot of assistance and had a great trip !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Abbiamo prenotato il viaggio di nozze. Abbiamo scelto un pacchetto con trolley in omaggio perché ci avrebbe fatto comodo in viaggio. Il trolley non è mai arrivato, inizialmente sembrava non essere arrivato in tempo per la vacanza, poi, a vacanza finita si sono accorti che avevano fatto un errore e che non ci spettava nessun trolley. Che strano. 2) Arrivati a destinazione abbiamo incontrato una coppia che aveva prenotato in un'altra agenzia ma con le stesse nostre opzioni, stesso periodo di prenotazione, stesso volo (charter) etc beh, avevano speso 1000 euro in meno. 3) Prima di partire avevamo chiesto conferma sulla comodità del viaggio in aereo, se fosse necessario qualcosa. Ci hanno rassicurato, ottima compagnia, tutti i confort. Invece... Volo disastroso, un catapecchia volante, non scherzo... 11 ore di volo senza schermi e con poltrone simili agli aerei Ryanair che fanno 1 ora di tratta. Una poltrona era pure rotta e non si reclinava quel minimo. Alla partenza siamo saliti sull'aereo ancora sporco dal viaggio delle 11 ore prima. E solo dopo una tappa intermedia è stato pulito dalle coperte, cuscini e bicchieri usati. Pessima esperienza, assolutamente poco professionali in agenzia, pur di vendere dicono bugie. Non torneremo mai più.
1) We booked the honeymoon. We chose a complimentary trolley package because it would have made us comfortable traveling. The trolley never arrived, initially it seemed not to have arrived in time for the vacation, then, when the holiday was over, they realized that they had made a mistake and that there was no trolley. How strange. 2) Arrived at destination we met a couple who had booked in another agency but with the same options, same booking period, same flight (charter) etc well, had spent 1000 euro less. 3) Before leaving, we asked for confirmation on the comfort of air travel, if something was needed. They reassured us, excellent company, all the comforts. Instead ... Disastrous flight, a flying catapecchia, no joke ... 11 hours of flight without screens and with armchairs similar to Ryanair planes that make 1 hour of route. An armchair was also broken and that minimum was not reclined. At the start we got on the plane still dirty from the journey of 11 hours before. And only after an intermediate stage has it been cleaned of used blankets, pillows and glasses. Bad experience, absolutely unprofessional in the agency, while selling they say lies. We will never come back again.

I don't put the 5 star just because I didn't buy anything. They have provided excellent advice for traveling with an animal and are waiting for us when we have made the appropriate checks. Very professional and courteous.
