My friends and I have been using this agency for years, but certainly after the last trip that unfortunately I had to return the day after departure, I took all the documentation to the agency., To know if I was entitled to receive something from , insurance that was included in the trip !!! this happened to me in September 2021 and I still don't know anything ...... Never again
