La ragazza mora (vado speso in questa agenzia e la vedo per la prima volta) mi ha detto che non è Ryanair e lei non puo fare il check-in on line..ma stiamo scherzando???? Cosa centra se non è Ryanair... Non puoi fare o non sai fare - è una bella differenza! Allora cosa stai li a fare? Sopratutto mi ha trattato mallissimo!!!!!! Non era professionale e mi ha davvero disgustata. Ma io non sono andata via e dopo 20 min di attesa ecco il miracolo-ha fatto il check-in.. non ho parole veramente. Doveva aiutarla qualcuno ))) Dispiace scrivere giudizi negativi perché là lavorano anche persone bravissime. I went for a simple check-in. Invece lei per almeno 10 gg mi ha dato delle risposte del tipo :"ti dico oggi pomeriggio",poi "domani mattina" e così via. Quando ho capito che il suo modo di lavorare è questo,cioè senza professionalità e rispetto per i clienti,le ho scritto dicendole che non ci si dovrebbe comportare così e che non avrei mai raccomandato la loro agenzia. Lei mi ha risposto: "ok". A quel punto ho capito che devo far pubblica la mia esperienza. Avesse almeno trovato una scusa. Io non chiedevo altro che una RISPOSTA. Positiva o negativa. Ma una risposta e basta per sapermi regolare.
