★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo al telefono hanno dato delle informazioni ma poi una volta arrivato nella loro agenzia mi hanno detto il contrario... ero andato a colpo sicuro in questa agenzia per prenotare le mie vacanze facendomi 30 min di auto (piu altrettanti al ritorno) e tutto questo grazie a delle informazioni sbagliate.
unfortunately on the phone they gave some information but then once they arrived in their agency they told me the opposite ... I went without fail to this agency to book my holidays by making me 30 minutes by car (plus as many on the way back) and all this thanks to the wrong information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in agenzia l'onda perfetta di via Mantova , stamattina e devo dire che il signore che mi ha "servita" è stato di una gentilezza , correttezza, disponibilità ed una professionalità al di sopra della norma......mi sono trovata benissimo e la raccomando vivamente.
I was in the perfect wave agency in via Mantova this morning and I must say that the gentleman who "served" me was of kindness, fairness, availability and professionalism above the norm ...... found it very well and I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato gia 2 vacanze in questa agenzia ( maldive e santo domingo) e in tutte le occasioni ci siamo ritrovati esattamente nel luogo promesso e senza mai nessun disguido,perciò posso consigliarvela senza ombra di dubbio. Il personale sempre molto professionale,attento a tutte le vostre esigenze e sempre pronto a venirti in contro ai vostri bisogni...tutto a prezzi molto buoni e onesti. Infatti stiamo gia prenotando la terza vacanza da loro!!

We have already booked 2 holidays in this agency (Maldives and Santo Domingo) and on all occasions we found ourselves exactly in the promised place and without ever any misunderstanding, so I can recommend it without a shadow of a doubt. The staff always very professional, attentive to all your needs and always ready to meet your needs ... all at very good and honest prices. In fact we are already booking the third holiday with them !!
