S	Sonia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nello studio Policrea ho trovato quello che cercavo, uno spazio un po' magico, con un'atmosfera di pace e spiritualità, e un insegnante di yoga appassionato e in grado di trasmettere la profondità millenaria di questa disciplina, che va oltre il semplice esercizio fisico. Molto gradite anche le numerose iniziative che Roberto, grazie al suo entusiasmo e a quello dei suoi collaboratori nel campo delle discipline olistiche, non manca di organizzare, come seminari, meditazioni, viaggi, lezioni online. Insomma un luogo di ristoro e benessere a 360 gradi, consigliassimo! È un'esperienza bellissima, roberto è preparatissimo e ci segue in maniera incredibile durante i corsi (più che un terzo occhio penso ne abbia almeno altri 3 o 4!). Anche durante l'attuale lockdown il suo impegno è encomiabile e le sue lezioni online sono fantastiche. It has been a long time since I wanted to have a continuous Yoga experience and for about 9 months I have been following Roberto's courses. It's a beautiful experience, roberto is very well prepared and follows us in an incredible way during the courses (more than a third eye I think he has at least 3 or 4 others!). Even during the current lockdown his commitment is commendable and his online lessons are fantastic.

IL Suo approccio Zen mi ha aiutato a risolvere dei problemi con ansia, di cui, nonostante avessi la consapevolezza, non riuscivo a superare. Grazie ai trattamenti shiatsu, IL percorso di Zen yoga, meditazione mirate e alimentazione corretta, Roberto e' riuscito a farmi vedere il problema da UN nuovo punto di vista aiutandomi a superare le mie difficolta' emotive. Ad oggi mi sento finalmente forte nel Mio stare al mondo. Roberto e' una persona onesta, e onestamente interessato al benessere dei suoi pazienti. Che dire... Grazie mille Roberto!
