★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento carinissimo abbastanza pulito. Ma il resto lascia desiderare. Vista pessima. E per la zona il costo è molto caro... Sembra il brox. Sconsigliatissimo .
 Pretty clean apartment. But the rest leaves something to be desired. Bad view. And for the area the cost is very expensive ... It looks like the brox. Not recommended.

Positive experience apartment beautiful clean bright top the landlady very helpful and very kind the surprise effect you just open the door and wow dizzying view worth the expense only for that but the icing and the jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the dream sea I return for sure

Beautiful, modern and functional apartment in a newly renovated building with sea view. The private parking space is precious. One minute and you're on the beach.

Eigene, abschliessbare Garage. 30 Meter vom Strand entfernt.
Martina (Vermietung) ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut zu erreichen.
Very nice apartment no. 5 with 2 large balconies and a roof terrace with whirlpool that is only accessible to residents.
Own, lockable garage. 30 meters from the beach.
Martina (rental) is very helpful and always easy to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è bellissimo e curato nei dettagli poi la posizione è stracomoda per la vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro. Sul tetto ci sono lettini e ombrelloni per godersi il meraviglioso panorama in tutta tranquillità. La padrona di casa è molto carina e disponibile.
The apartment is beautiful and cared for in detail, then the location is very convenient due to its proximity to the beach and the center. On the roof there are sun beds and umbrellas to enjoy the wonderful panorama in complete tranquility. The hostess is very nice and helpful.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Follonica e tutte le spiagge vicine. Il box auto è un punto in più data la scarsa disponibilità di posti nella zona. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili!
Modern and clean apartment, equipped with every comfort and service, including a panoramic terrace with shared iacuzzi and a laundry room. Strategic position to reach on foot the center of Follonica and all the nearby beaches. The garage is a plus point given the limited availability of places in the area. Very kind and helpful owners!
