Il personale è giovane, cordiale e super preparato, proto a cosigliare il prodotto migliore. La direttrice è sempre disponibile e pronta a supportare ogni singola richiesta. The new management has brought the pharmacy back to high standards, both in terms of efficiency and management. The staff is young, friendly and super prepared, ready to recommend the best product. The director is always available and ready to support every single request.
L	Livia Mno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia risulta essere la farmacia di turno notturno, ma una volta arrivati lì non solo la farmacia era chiusa, con un cartello gli utenti venivano invitati a suonare il campanello per richiamare il personale. Un altro cartello (chiaramente solo in lingua italiana, in quanto gli stranieri non possono star male) avvisava però del campanello rotto e forniva un numero di telefono da chiamare in caso di necessità, numero che ha riagganciato dopo due squilli. L'altra farmacia suggerita dalla farmacia Solus come di appoggio è chiusa, e la più vicina di turno si trova a 17 km. Si fanno in quattro per risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Verrei appositamente da Siena anche solo per la gentilezza e la disponibilità che viene offerta al cliente! Continuate così! It became my reference pharmacy during the days of my stay in Follonica! Always friendly, kind and very prepared professionals! They go out of their way to solve any kind of problem. I would come specially from Siena if only for the kindness and availability that is offered to the customer! Keep it up!
P	PrimRoseBaby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio di segreteria ci ha fornito un sito per prenotare in tampone, con ricevuta fatta dal medico in quando il tampone serviva per un rientro a scuola, arrivati alla farmacia e dopo aver fatto il tampone ci viene detto che avremmo dovuto prenotare su un altro sito e che la ricevuta non era valida, perciò siamo stati costretti a pagare. Per prenotare il tampone a un minore al telefono ti danno un sito e quando fai il tampone ti fanno pagare dicendo che dovevi prenotare con un altro sito che però al telefono non viene detto. Presumo il secondo sito vada immaginato. Affiliated fake pharmacy. To book a tampon for a minor on the phone they give you a site and when you do the tampon they make you pay saying that you had to book with another site but they are not told on the phone. I assume the second site should be imagined.
