Mi hanno dato l'appuntamento per la riparazione al sabato mattina alle 8.30. Alle 9.10 abbiamo ritirato la macchina a posto.Un ringraziamento particolare a Dimitri.
Good job. Courteous, kind and above all competent staff. I called on Friday in the early afternoon for information. They gave me the appointment for the repair on Saturday morning at 8.30. At 9.10 we picked up the car in place. Special thanks to Dimitri.

L' ambiente è moderno e pulito. Il personale educato e preparato, dalla fase di programmazione riparazione con Alessio, all'ottimo risultato finale svolto dai due ragazzi specializzati nella sostituzione.
Hai immediatamente la sensazione di confrontarti con persone competenti che hanno voglia di lavorare. BRAVI!!!
Dimenticavo...ho avuto un'auto sostitutiva gratuita (prevista nella garanzia cristalli) per il breve tempo della riparazione.
I turned to VETROCAR to replace the windshield of my cousin's car, insured with ITAS ASSICURAZIONI which has an agreement with them.
The environment is modern and clean. The polite and trained staff, from the repair planning phase with Alessio, to the excellent final result carried out by the two guys specialized in replacement.
You immediately have the feeling of comparing yourself with competent people who want to work. GOOD !!!
I forgot ... I got a free replacement car (provided in the glass warranty) for the short time of repair.

A fine lavoro mi hanno aspirato anche i tappetini interni e ozonizzato l'abitacolo. Veramente superlativi. Ah in officina è presente anche una colonnina per la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici. Bravi
