Called in the morning. At 2 pm they showed me the rear passenger side window of my Panda Hybrid. Set up in 20 minutes. Punctual, friendly, quick and highly professional. Highly recommended. Giancarlo.

I was fully satisfied with their professionalism. Friendly, precise, reliable and professional staff. Vetrocar center easy to reach, they replaced the windshield of the car with 1 day's notice. I highly recommend it.

Se dovessi avere ancora bisogno di questo genere di servizi certamente mi rivolgerei a questo centro. Grazie ancora.
Polite, kind and very helpful staff. They replaced the broken glass in a short time and with an original spare. Called in the morning in the afternoon the car was ready. If I still need this kind of services, I would certainly turn to this center. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sostituito parabrezza , montato malissimo e di pessima qualità, consegnata macchina in condizioni vergognose, vetro sporco e cruscotto pieno di polvere di vetro.
Fatta segnalazione pesantemente , lo hanno sostituito di nuovo, ma al momento del ritiro l'auto non era pronta. Ho dovuto attendere il pomeriggio e richiamare per avere notizie, a e alla mia osservazione di poca professionalità, perché bastava essere avvisata, la persona che mi ha risposto mi ha detto che sperava di non sentirmi più e che mi sarei dovuta rivolgere a Carglass...cosa che ovviamente farò.
Pessimo servizio
Windshield replaced, badly fitted and of poor quality, car delivered in shameful condition, dirty glass and dashboard full of glass dust.
Reported heavily, they replaced it again, but at the time of collection the car was not ready. I had to wait for the afternoon and call back to get news, to and to my observation of lack of professionalism, because it was enough to be notified, the person who replied to me told me that he hoped not to hear from me anymore and that I should contact Carglass ... which of course I will do.
