Bad experience. Absolutely don't turn to them !! I have a brand new BMW, my glass broke and I went to them to have it replaced. Work done with the feet. Visibly damaged seals, glue placed in a horrible way and, last but not least, the defroster built into the glass that defrosts the kafas (security camera) does not heat up and the camera does not work. I sent PEC to ask for a solution by sending documentation proving the damage caused and they asked me for a letter from BMW talking about the problem. After sending this letter too, they told me that they don't intend to assist me. I find this circumstance absurd. I'll take them to court if necessary! GO TO CARGLASS OR DOCTORGLASS BUT NOT TO THEM !!!!!! I have read the answer now and YOU ARE WITHOUT SHAME! AS WELL AS INCAPACIOUS, YOU ARE ALSO DISHONEST. The guarantee cannot be denied by law. TO SHOW HOW BAD FAITH YOU ARE, ATTACH THE BMW INVOICE WHERE THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY SPEEDGLASS AS WELL AS THE REPAIR RECEIPT FROM SPEEDGLASS IS AVOIDED. . I am very satisfied with the service. Easy to make an appointment, I was advised by my insurance and I didn't pay anything, not even the deductible. I highly recommend them.

It is not a camera calibration problem that I knew very well that I would have to recalibrate and in fact I went peacefully to bmw to get it done. When I went to the bmw I was notified of all the damage that was done during the installation. As I have already written I have a brand new BMW and I turned to speedglass to have the windshield replaced with a stone on the highway. They did a very bad job on me, gaskets and silicone visibly wrongly fitted and, more seriously, they damaged my KAFAAS which is the security camera that keeps the lane, brakes if there are pedestrians and so on. In a very calm way I turned to them to fix the thing, convinced that they were a serious company and that they would have fixed it immediately. Well, the work was done in December, a few days later I saw them damaged and, to date, they refuse to assist me. I strongly advise you not to contact them because, in case of problems, you will be forced to go through legal channels as I am doing. Not everyone has the desire and time to sue for something like this and so better avoid them !!!! I signed up to AltroConsumo who have already written to these gentlemen, who have not even answered, and tomorrow I have an appointment with the lawyer to start the case, I am not a person who gives up and I will ask him for all possible damages. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IN CASE OF PROBLEMS YOU WILL GO TO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. Silicone put around the glass roughly, if you point it out they tell you it's normal. I went there to save money compared to the deductible cost but as they say: little to pay little worth. Go if you have a 15 year old car and want to avoid saving on new or valuable cars. You can see that they are a body shop that lends itself to making windows. Everyone should do their job. P.s.
