★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible cab drivers. They are crooks that will steal your credit card info, use roads that take longer and tip themselves! I was in Rome last week and used cab driver Lucas S. #4506 Zaffiro 10. When it came time to pay he hide the credit card machine so I couldn’t see what he was doing, when I asked him to holding in an area I could see he became angry and hide it anyways. He didn’t ask if I wanted to tip, but instead he tipped himself a few euros. I am in a foreign country so I don’t want issues so I lust let it go without saying anything. I will never use this cab service. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in Rome tired and hungry and should gave known better. Got ripped off by 12 Euro by this taxi company in our first half hour in Rome! Price for fare into city is clearly printed on the taxi as 48 Euro but when we got to our destination the driver insisted it was 60 Euro. We questioned it but I should have argued with him more, if I was feeling better I would have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were extremely helpful when I lost my wallet. They helped track the driver down and stayed updated with me as I had to go to Milan and back before picking it up in Rome. After a bad start to the trip they made it easier to be calm and just enjoy the surroundings. 10/10

The price was really good (30 euro from Villa Borghese to Aeroporto di Ciampino).
The driver Cesare was really skilled while driving and helpful by helping with our luggage.
You won't be disappointed.

I was worried at had to be very early in the airport and there wasn’t going to be a taxi service at that time, but I was able to book the service through WhatsApp in less than 10 minutes with them without any issues. Highly recommend.
