★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile. Zero servizio al cliente, abbiamo preso due appuntamenti a cui non si sono presentati, senza avvertire e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ci hanno mandati a quel paese, riappendendo il telefono in faccia. Non perdete neanche tempo a chiamare per un appuntamento!!
Terrible experience. Zero customer service, we made two appointments to which they didn't show up, without warning and when we asked for explanations they sent us to that country, hanging up the phone in the face. Don't waste time calling for an appointment !!

Ho chiesto gentilmente di venire a farmi un preventivo per sostituzione finestre e per due volte abbiamo preso appuntamento e ho aspettato invano a casa (avendo preso anche tempo dal lavoro, perché in mattinata). Ho chiamato e mi è stato detto "eh ma sa, noi avevamo da fare". Nessuno mi ha avvertita e ha avuto l'accortezza di cancellare/spostare gli appuntamenti e la telefonata si è conclusa con un "signorina faccia quel caxxo che vuole", al mio dire "le lascio una recensione negativa immediata. Non è il modo di trattare i clienti, non solo una grande mancanza di professionalità, ma scortesia e sbruffonaggine. Questi business non dovrebbero neanche più esistere e sono un'offesa a chi ogni giorno si impegna nel proprio lavoro. Non chiamate, non contattate questa vetreria.
An experience that tells an incredible story. I politely asked to come and get me a quote for window replacement and twice we made an appointment and waited in vain at home (having also taken time from work, because in the morning). I called and was told "eh but you know, we were busy". Nobody warned me and had the foresight to cancel / move the appointments and the call ended with a "miss face what she wants", to my say "I leave you an immediate negative review. It is not the way to deal customers, not only a great lack of professionalism, but rudeness and brazenness. These businesses should not even exist anymore and they are an offense to those who engage in their work every day. Don't call, don't contact this glass factory.
