★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come vetreria me ne parlano tutti male e come senso civico siamo a zero, visto che parcheggiano tranquilli il camioncino sul posto disabili fregandosene dei diritti altrui.
 As a glass factory they all talk badly about it and as a civic sense we are at zero, since they park the pickup truck quietly on the disabled place, not caring about the rights of others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto l'installazione di un box doccia. Al primo utilizzo mia madre è rimasta ferita a causa dell'esplosione dell'anta scorrevole. Dopo averli chiamati e chiesto spiegazioni e un intervento rapido non sono mai intervenuti e sono completamente spariti. Sono passate ormai più di 3 settimane dall'incidente. Procederò con azione legale. Sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda, poca professionalità e prodotti pericolosi installati in modo approssimativo.
I requested the installation of a shower stall. On first use my mother was injured due to the explosion of the sliding door. After calling them and asking for explanations and rapid intervention, they never intervened and completely disappeared. More than 3 weeks have passed since the accident. I will proceed with legal action. I strongly advise against this company, unprofessionalism and dangerous products installed roughly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non poter dare meno di una stella!! Spero tanto per voi che non abbiate bisogno di fare affari con queste persone. Non esiste professionalità, sono 30 anni che per affari contatto molte aziende ma questa è la peggiore con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare. Quando rispondono al telefono (cosa non sempre scontata) non sanno nemmeno dare informazioni concrete. Dopo aver dato conferma per l'acquisto di uno specchio mi sono visto posticipare più volte la consegna, all'ennesima risposta di non sapere quando mi sarebbe stato consegnato ed installato lo specchio ho dovuto rinunciare e disdire l'ordine con 2 mesi persi inutilmente ad aspettare e il danno morale di dover ricominciare la ricerca, di dover effettuare un altro ordine e dover attendere altro tempo per ricevere un banalissimo specchio rettangolare da mettere in bagno. Mi chiedo solo come sia possibile che in un periodo lavorativo così difficile si possano permettere di trattare così i clienti e riescano ancora a lavorare senza aver dichiarato fallimento.
Too bad we can't give less than one star !! I really hope for you that you don't need to do business with these people. There is no professionalism, I have been contacting many companies for 30 years for business but this is the worst I've ever had to deal with. When they answer the phone (which is not always obvious) they don't even know how to give concrete information. After confirming the purchase of a mirror, I saw the delivery postponed several times, to the umpteenth response of not knowing when the mirror would be delivered and installed I had to give up and cancel the order with 2 months lost unnecessarily to waiting and the moral damage of having to start the search again, having to place another order and having to wait longer to receive a banal rectangular mirror to put in the bathroom. I just wonder how it is possible that in such a difficult working period they can afford to treat customers like this and still manage to work without having declared bankruptcy.
