Ci ha accolto una ragazza dolcissima e professionale io ho pianto da quando sono arrivata finché sono uscita da lì senza il mio cane ha avuto molta pazienza ed empatia ha più volte coccolato il mio cane mentre andava via sul ponte. Ieri mattina ho fatto sterilizzare il mio husky in un altro ambulatorio, con la scusa che l'operazione è andata bene, me l'hanno consegnata subito a mezzogiorno. Peccato che il cane è stato in pena tutto il giorno, di notte ululava e si lamentava tantissimo appena si muoveva un minimo. Ho chiamato la clinica Maddalena e in una mezz'oretta è arrivato a casa nostra un bravissimo ragazzo, gentilissimo e che ha letteralmente trasformato il cane. Tempo mezz'oretta dalle sue cure è diventata un altro cane. Molto più tranquilla, addirittura è saltata sul divano per dormire insieme a noi, cosa che qualche ora prima aveva provato a fare e come provo' ad alzarsi, iniziò a "gridare" come una matta. Stamattina siamo riusciti anche a portarla fuori a fare i bisogni, ha camminato con le sue zampe. Ha bevuto, mangiato e fatto bisogni dopo 24 ore di agonia in cui non aveva fatto niente di tutto questo. Aggiungo che questa estate, il cane ebbe la febbre e la doc. Svetlana la curò perfettamente, tranquillizzandomi parecchio. Hanno fatto sentire meglio un cane che era davvero sofferente entrambe le volte. Vi ringrazio davvero tanto. Anche la signorina che mi ha risposto ieri sera, davvero gentile! Mi è piaciuto tutto lo staff che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere in queste due esperienze I recommend it with the heart.
