La clinica è un poco meno cara rispetto ad altre in cui sono stato ma non per questo meno valida. A distanza di tempo non posso che confermare. Quando dà possibilità di lasciare un messaggio in segreteria passano svariate ore prima di essere ricontattati. Loro sono bravi, però se il cane ha un problema non si può stare così tanto tempo in pensiero. Almost impossible to find veterinarians. Most of the time the phone rings busy. Colaceci per competenza dedicazione onestà dolcezza con cui tocca le bestiole anche una altra mia gatta furastica!! Mando sempre tutti da lui ! Una volta chiamati bisogna lasciare il messaggio in segreteria e sarete richiamati dopo poche ore, ci sono periodi in cui sicuramente hanno più appuntamenti ma mai e ripeto mai non si rendono disponibili! Li ho conosciuti circa 2 anni fa, il mio cane ha delle problematiche croniche per cui l'ultimo veterinario da cui ero andata mi ha indirizzato da loro non sapendo più cosa provare, lo apprezzo per l'onestà e per avermi fatto conoscere questa clinica! Ho avuto la fortuna di essere seguita dalla dottoressa Lorusso sempre gentilissima, attenta ma soprattutto BRAVA!! Ha capito subito cosa avesse e in poco tempo con la cura si sono visti progressi incredibili! Ci aggiorniamo spesso tramite mail nel caso di progressi, peggioramenti o necessità di cambio cura! Lo scorso anno è capitato che il cane nn stesse bene e la dottoressa nn fosse disponibile ma mi hanno fissato comunque un appuntamento con un'altra veterinaria per farlo controllare subito. Devo dire che anche la dottoressa Bianchini, incontrata solo in quella circostanza, è estremamente competente e scrupolosa! Infine da non sottovalutare la disponibilità di molti macchinari in sede e di un piccolo laboratorio in modo da avere un primo risultato subito Although they are far away for me I would never change them! Finally, do not underestimate the availability of many machines on site and a small laboratory in order to have a first result immediately

I took my little dog (for the first time) on a visit with Dr. Colaceci, and I must say he was very attentive and professional. Definitely to be recommended.
