Ma quello che più conta amano il loro lavoro con affetto per i nostri cuccioli. Hanno fatto in malo modo 2 iniezioni tant’è che il mio cane, sempre buono e a cui si può fare di tutto senza provocare reazioni, sentiva dolore e nelle ore successive aveva il pelo tutto cosparso di medicinale. Non avevo notato niente fino a quando non ho visto che aveva paura del medico, cosa molto insolita, tanto da provare a morderlo. In 2 settimane ho speso più di 400€ senza risolvere niente e avendo anche queste brutte reazioni dal mio cane. Bad experience with the vets of this clinic. THE My little dog had intestinal problems but they could not solve them quickly and safely. They gave 2 injections badly, so much so that my dog, always good and to whom you can do anything without causing reactions, felt pain and in the following hours his hair was all sprinkled with medicine. I hadn't noticed anything until I saw that he was afraid of the doctor, which was very unusual, so much so that I tried to bite him. In 2 weeks I spent more than 400 € without solving anything and also having these bad reactions from my dog.

Ieri, alle ore 12:50, mi reco presso tale clinica in compagnia di mia sorella, entrambe con le lacrime agli occhi e in braccio il nostro cane che esalava gli ultimi respiri. Essendo lo studio più vicino abbiamo approfittato per chiedere aiuto sul da farsi dato che raggiungere il nostro veterinario di fiducia avrebbe richiesto tempo che non avevamo. Al che colui che credo sia il proprietario, il quale alle 12:50 aveva già chiuso baracca e burattini rialza la serranda scocciato borbottando cose del tipo “non sono un pronto soccorso, se il cane sta morendo non ci si può far nulla”. Attraverso questa recensione vorrei avvisare semplicemente questo “medico“ che il mio cane aveva bisogno dell’eutanasia effettuata poi da altro veterinario che è stato in grado di comprendere la situazione sia a livello professionale ma soprattutto a livello umano. Through this review I would simply like to warn this "doctor" that my dog needed euthanasia then carried out by another veterinarian who was able to understand the situation both professionally and above all on a human level. Never again.

A parte l'evidente competenza, il più grande pregio che ho potuto riscontrare in sede di visita, principalmente con il medico che l'ha effettuata, ma anche con gli altri due che ho pure brevemente incontrato, è stato quello di saper mettere a completo agio sia me che mia figlia, proprietaria del cane, e tranquillizzare soprattutto lei con spiegazioni chiare ed efficaci ed immediata operatività.
