★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'arte del gusto è un ristorante di classe a carattere familiare, un connubio con una logica contrastante ma non so descriverlo diversamente.
Ho apprezzato un crudo di pesce eccezionale, praticamente vivo, ed un spaghetto allo scoglio delizioso, ma la sorpresa è stata quando sono tornato ed ho lasciato allo chef la libertà di fare a sua fantasia il menù ........ ho potuto assaggiare una quantità di antipasti di mare cucinati con una incredibile creatività ed un fritto di paranza veramente notevole (ho saltato il primo per decenza).
Il conto assolutamente in linea con la qualità e la schietta cortesia che si respira all'interno dell'ambiente.
Unica pecca il bagno che anche se pulito e profumato, è al piano inferiore e per accedervi bisogna scendere di sotto.

 The art of taste is a classy restaurant with a family character, a combination with a contrasting logic but I cannot describe it differently.
I enjoyed an exceptional raw fish, practically alive, and a delicious spaghetti on the rock, but the surprise was when I came back and I left the chef the freedom to make the menu ........ I could taste a quantity of seafood appetizers cooked with incredible creativity and a truly remarkable fried fish (I skipped the first for decency).
The bill is absolutely in line with the quality and the genuine courtesy that reigns within the environment.
The only flaw in the bathroom is that even if it is clean and perfumed, it is on the lower floor and to access it you have to go downstairs.
Higly recommended.
