Petrella segue da più di dieci anni con professionalità e onestà la mia cockerina e il gatto di mia zia ormai sedicenne. Consigliatissimo! Excellent for both dogs and cats. La dottoressa, che non ho neanche visto dato che comunicavamo tramite la segretaria, ho sentito si lamentasse perché stava sgarbatamente urlando dall'altra stanza. I commenti li poteva fare a voce più bassa se proprio voleva.. fra l'altro non è riuscita neanche a darci una terapia dopo 100 euro di analisi. Good boy. Cosa più importante l'onestà e l'accuratezza delle diagnosi: la prima volta sono andata per un sospetto tumore, diagnosticato in altra struttura tramite eco e dove richiesta subito chirurgia (con prezzi annessi). Qui invece hanno eseguito prima l'ago aspirato, valutato la situazione della mia labrador e poi indicato il da farsi (niente operazione). Anche per la pulizia dei denti, data l'età del mio cane, hanno voluto fare prima degli esami per vedere se fosse il caso (data la necessità dell'anestesia). La mia mascotte entra sempre scodinzalando nonostante sappia che va dal dottore! Unica pecca la scalinata dell'ingresso: per i più anzianotti è davvero ripida da fare. Professional and welcoming! Esiste anche una spaziosa area quattro zampe, all'esterno della stessa struttura della Clinica, x l'attesa di una visita, in tutta comodità e relax, sia x l'animale da compagnia che x il suo proprietario, essendo arredata da panchine e piante.
