Sono stati molto cordiali e comprensivi quando ho disdetto all'ultimo momento la visita. So che sono molto scrupolosi e professionali. Diversamente non avrei neanche tentato una visita per i miei amici a 4 zampe. I can't give a personal judgment because I no longer needed to go. They were very friendly and understanding when I canceled my visit at the last minute. I know they are very thorough and professional. Otherwise I would not have even attempted a visit for my 4-legged friends.

La Dottoressa dell'ambulatorio l'ha presa in carico; le ha fatto una visita accuratissima e dopo due ore era in piedi, scodinzolava e stava bene, grazie alla sua grande umanità e professionalità. Le sarò sempre riconoscente. I ran to this clinic because my dog was sick and I didn't understand what to do. The doctor of the clinic took charge of her; he paid her a very thorough examination and after two hours she was up, wagging her tail and was fine, thanks to her great humanity and professionalism. I will always be grateful to you.
P	Pasquale Addesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte le fastidiose e continue note personali sui cani che vanno bene, quelli non le piacciono, quelli pericolosi da sterilizzare e altre amenità (tipo interventi chirurgici preventivi per evitare torsione dello stomaco!!!), per mia esperienza vi dico di andare serenamente per un vaccino, un primo consulto, taglio delle unghie e toletta... ma non affidate la vita del vostro animale a questa dottoressa, è assolutamente inaffidabile e pericolosissima. Per le problematiche serie, quelle in cui occorre diagnosticare o intuire in breve tempo una malattia, quelle che necessitano un montaggio continuo del pet, LASCIATE PERDERE e rivolgetevi ad una clinica con professionisti validi. Questa dottoressa NON LO È. Fate dei controlli periodici ai pet se potete affrontare la spesa perchè in emergenza se vi capita un profilo come questo il vostro amico a 4 zampe è spacciato (nel mio caso ha scambiato un tumore maligno per una contusione). Apart from the annoying and continuous personal notes on dogs that are doing well, the ones she doesn't like, the ones that are dangerous to sterilize and other amenities (such as preventive surgeries to avoid stomach torsion !!!), from my experience I tell you to go calmly for a vaccine, a first consultation, nail cutting and toilet ... but do not entrust the life of your pet to this doctor, she is absolutely unreliable and very dangerous. For serious problems, those in which it is necessary to diagnose or intuit a disease in a short time, those that require a continuous assembly of the pet, LEAVE LOSE and contact a clinic with valid professionals. This doctor IS NOT. Make periodic pet checks if you can afford the expense because in an emergency if you happen to have a profile like this your 4-legged friend is doomed (in my case he has mistaken a malignant tumor for a bruise).
