★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio a tutti di acquistare, esperienza pessima, spesi un sacco di soldi per un carrello stewart follow q, si è crepata tutta la struttura in carbonio, e la batteria passava dal 30% di carica a 0%.
Spedito in assistenza in data 27-10-2021 me lo hanno rispedito dopo vari solleciti, varie mail e chiamate tutti i giorni in data 06-12-2021.
Ad oggi non posso ancora utilizzare il carrello dopo aver speso più di 2k per acquistarlo e tutto questo sembra non aver fine, le ragazze che rispondo sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili ma a mio avviso un'azienda che si comporta in questo modo nel 2021 non dovrebbe proprio poter lavorare.
Detto ciò spero di potermi ricredere e di poter scrivere che tuo sia risolto come dovrebbe, mi auguro che rispediscano il carrello funzionate come dovrebbe essere in modo da poterlo utilizzare.
I do not recommend everyone to buy, bad experience, I spent a lot of money on a stewart follow q trolley, the whole carbon structure cracked, and the battery went from 30% charge to 0%.
Sent for assistance on 27-10-2021 they sent it back to me after various reminders, various emails and calls every day on 06-12-2021.
To date I still cannot use the cart after spending more than 2k to buy it and all this seems to have no end, the girls I answer are always very kind and helpful but in my opinion a company that behaves in this way in 2021 will not it really should be able to work.
Having said that I hope to be able to change my mind and to be able to write that yours is solved as it should, I hope that they return the cart working as it should be so that you can use it.
