Si é presentato un dipendente con i capelli ricci e gli occhiali e senza aprirmi ha iniziato a farmi dei gesti che nemmeno al mercato del pesce si fanno. Ho sicuramente sbagliato a premere un tasto per più secondi ma la maleducazione con cui si è posto quello che presumo sia un dipendente di una banca seria come la vostra mi fa rimanere impietrito. A mai più.
I came here to open a current account. Mistakenly, I pressed a key that triggered an alarm. An employee with curly hair and glasses presented himself and without opening me started to make gestures that are not even made in the fish market. I was certainly wrong to press a key for more seconds, but the rudeness with which I assumed is what I presume to be an employee of a serious bank like yours keeps me petrified. To never again.
