Sono cliente Intesa Sanpaolo da tanti anni, fortunatamente le volte che ho bisogno dell' assistenza allo sportello sono poche. Ma in quelle poche volte che ne ho avuto necessità, non ne ricordo neanche una in cui sia riuscito a risolvere il mio problema nell'immediato. MAI! Devi ritornare almeno 3 o 4 volte prima di concludere. "Oggi manca il collega che si occupa di questo", o "non abbiamo le credenziali per accedere", o addirittura "non abbiamo le chiavi" ... potrei continuare all'infinito, ma il concetto si è capito. Want to work like nothing! Everyone, except none. I have been an Intesa Sanpaolo customer for many years, fortunately the times I need assistance at the counter are few. But in those few times that I needed it, I don't even remember one in which I managed to solve my problem immediately. NEVER! You have to come back at least 3 or 4 times before finishing.
