Una città in pieno decadimento e decadenza, circondata da un hinterland che non è da meno. Il degrado non risparmia nemmeno alcune strade del centro, dove la sporcizia e l'incuria sono la regola. Il traffico è pazzesco e le più elementari regole del codice della strada disattese ogni istante. La spazzatura è generosamente sparsa per le vie, fino ad essere parte integrante del paesaggio. Amen.
